- What’s up everybody? In today’s video I will be installing my old RGB Rock Lights on the interior of my 2016 Ram 2500. I previously had 4 small LED light strips on the interior floor area but these Rock Lights are going to make the interior look much better…

Hey man awesome work💯😎. Quick question. By any chance say I do install all of them like the ones in your video. Is there an option of which rock lights I want turned on and which ones I want turned off?
Typically not, most rocklight kits are wired into a module and the module works all of the rocklights equally. However, with the app you can change the light colors, change the sequence, and so forth.
Hey man awesome videos love the truck I just bought a 2016 ram 1500! Was wondering when you put your kenwood radio in If it caused you to lose your settings on the old radio. For example it has the locks and headlights setting on original radio things of that nature
I’m not sure as I have a tradesman which did not have any special radio features to begin with lol.

Thought about doing this before but wanted a way to hide the rock light so you couldn’t see it.
I could always mount the light behind for a more custom look but I didn’t want to rip the interior apart to do it lol.

No, they are from different manufacturers so I have no issues at all.
I gave u a like cuz the vid was good but I don’t watch this kinda stuff so I didn’t sub, keep making em it’s grate content when I need info
How did you mount the rock lights? I really don't want to have to use screws, is there a better option that won't put holes in my truck?
You can try to tuck the wires behind the panels and use some sort of double sided 3M tape? Maybe tuck magnets behind the liner and try to use magnets to get them to stay in place and if you don’t have metal rock lights glue a tiny metal plate on the rock light as we do with our phones when using magnet mounts?
@@DieselLegiance I was thinking 3m adhesive velcro strips cut to size but I don't know how well the adhesive will stick

My RGB rocklights are from OneUpLighting. You can probably get any RGB strip lighting for cheaper if you check Amazon. I don’t have a video yet but I may do this someday myself.
Where did u wire them to to get power
I have mine wired in to my aux Upfitter switches that came with my truck. However, you can wire them direct to your battery and add a switch inside the cab.
A good friend of mine back in 2018 did this with his Silverado it’s dope not as professional as you tho lol
Why would you spend money on rock fender lights an put them inside the truck we’re you high or drugged when you bought them like wtf
I had the 8 smaller rocklights in the fenders and then after a year or so I wanted to upgrade my rocklights to larger brighter lights and instead of throwing the 8 smaller original lights out I reused them and put them inside and they look awesome.
