That is the most graceful kettlebell clean I’ve ever seen. I know this video was about windmills, but WOW!
Impeccable form and explanation! Just superb !
Great explanation!
Great coaching cues. Thank you
Tim: ...let's go nuts with this one!Me: No...I don't think I will.
Great video. Aside from the beautiful model, this is actually one of the most clear explanations of the bent press I’ve ever seen.
Best explanation, doing this today. Thank you!! ❤❤
Beautiful!
Ive always been intrigued by this move, but cant figure out where to put it in my workouts.
Anywhere. I did nothing but that from extreme positions (deep lunge, Turkish get up variation).
I use as warmup for upper body since it helps with shoulder stabilization (thanks to squat academy)
I just got myself 3 days off work
😂😂😂😂😂
Old school lifts are so nice
❤❤
Greetings from my livingroomkettlebellcamp!
What weight is that bell ?? She is holding it like nothing !!
Great. It's unfortunate you don't discuss weight distribution across the feet in this short
Can someone explain why we face our feet away from dominant hand at 45° when doing the windmill?
You look so Beautiful
The moving camera and sloped background removed all visual reference points for me.
I will never try this move, but the instructor is Photogenic...
😮
Those legs.❤
What size kettle is this😮
It's oversized and underweight
Different from what I’ve seen. I’ve seen to bend the back leg, and not the front. Interesting.
the camera moving around is really distracting
