  • A great drill for exposing and working on a plethora of movements such as thoracic spine rotation, hip (internal & external rotation) as well as overhead shoulder stability.

I have lower back problems. I started doing these with no kettlebell, then progressed to light weight. It has helped. Thank you.

What muscles should you be engaging to drive up? The bent leg, straight leg, glutes, low back?

Pulled something in my lower back a few days ago. Felt like it was going from the bottom of my ribcage to the top back part of my pelvis on the left side. While doing cable row with a lean forward. Could this help me recover and prevent injuries in the future?

Strengthening your core could always help prevent injuries. But don't start doing KB windmills before you're actually pain free (or at least do the motion without weight).
