HELOOOO!!!! Did you know, that there are more road clipless pedals than shimano. Look for example. In this video i'll show you how to change blades in Look keo blade carbon. Enjoy :)
Before installing clean parts, treat the pivot points of the new pin and backplate with a good dry chain lube, then the pedal entry/release is even better. w/less friction.
If I can get a scrapped crank arm and mount in vise, then tighten pedal into my jig, wouldn't this be easier to do if you don't haver mighty fingers and hands? BTW, to save some wear n tear on the binding aka "clip" either rub a little wax of the froction points, or use the non grip Bi Material cleats.
@@WR-WeRide at 160 lbs I like the 12nm blade release, but for bigger riders or even powerful riders at my weight, is the 12nm leaf considered easy tension or moderate?
I can see opportunity to narrate and comment by the poster since you can't know or learn too much with bike shop mechanic operations! Good point to take tunes out of how to videos.
This man makes it look so easy. When I was doing the swapping, I was literally fighting with the tension for the entire time 😂

I have 8 and 12 blade. Which of them will be easier to release the shoe from pedals?
It's simple- the lower nm, the easier to release. In your case it will be 8nm
@@WR-WeRide thanks
does the kit contain one or two blades?
Two blades
