- AFCAT 2 2024 exam was conducted successfully on 9th, 10th & 11th Aug. The exam was conducted in two shifts-9.45 am to 11.45 am and 2.45 pm to 4.45 pm. According to students who appeared in AFCAT 2 2024 exam, the overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate to difficult. The difficulty level of the General Awareness section was moderate, and questions were asked about the events of the past six months. The Verbal Ability in English was easy and questions were asked from Comprehension, Detect Error in Sentence, Sentence Completion/ Filling in of correct word, Synonym/ Antonym, Cloze Test etc. The Numerical Ability section of AFCAT exam was moderate. Questions were asked from Decimal Fraction, Time and Work, Average/Percentage, Profit & Loss, Ratio & Proportion, Simple and Compound Interest, time and distance, etc. The Reasoning and Military Aptitude section was moderate. Really sir exactly, 11 august shift 2nd i did 25-30 mocks and got 170-180 plus everytime but reasoning and english was lengthy in actual paper as compared to 9,10th

Sir...I'm Your Old Student since 2021 and I can say that GK Easy thi but English and Reasoning was Tough.
I attempted only 70 while mai Mock me 85+ attempt karta tha and 210-225 tak aate the
Reasoning and english was tough and current affair very easy but gk easy to moderate and maths is little bit tricky I think cut-off is ( 138-143 )
9th ki 1st shift maine maths easiest dekha questions sare ban rhe the aur reasoning bhi almost 2 3 chhodkar but english moderate

sir, i feel merit list safe score is a much more important benchmark than cutoff. according to your expertise what is the safe score that we can expect?
Hi Asheesh, your performance in SSB Interview would be a deciding factor, in the last batch thay joined AFA in July,2024 a student of mine got into merit even after scoring 165 in the written, so gear up for you SSB. All the best

Sir I have always followed yours and akash sir cutoff and analysis since you were in gradeup (later byjus) then in textbook then in embibe. I have been giving defence exam since 2021 and have my base notes prepared from yours,akash sir,Sandeep sir and Ankush sir (This was the best and OG faculty of Gradeup I must say ❤) to which I always go through and brush up along with NCERT and it has always helped me in CDS,AFCAT,CAPF. Your Cut off has always given a margin to plan accordingly. Thanks a lot sir.🙏

And +/- 3 too and safe score is 135-142 even after normalisation
@@siddharthbasu7058safe score is definitely not 135-142😅, agar cutoff 140 hai toh safe score 170-180 banega.

In the last AFCAT course a female students of ours got into the merit list for ground duty with a score of 165 in AFCAT written, so any score over 160-170 is good enough to get into merit provided you do well in SSB. All the Best.

I have attempted 86 questions in 11th aug 1st shift
79 English me kachra kar diya mujhe laga 1/3rd negative marking hai toh English ke lagbhag sare kar diye 1.5 sal bad 2 din padh ke de aya exam 😭
