Good Morning Everyone. This is my second year of daily yoga with Adriene. I never missed a day in 2021 and here I am again on day 9 of my second year. Im 62 years young and yoga makes me flexible and vibrant! Thank you Adriene!!

Wow! A whole year of daily practice! That’s really impressive! I wish you all the best 😊
English is my second language and I'm still learning about words and phrases. You put a smile on my face by saying 'years young'. Thank you for that, that was cute☺️
Hi Susanne! Same here! I started with Breath last year and never missed a day in 2021, even thru a bit of sick days, during my travels etc. Now cant imagine a day without adriene.. ❤🙏
Giving up, quitting, not showing up tomorrow? Not a chance. I'm turning 60 this year. Never been doing yoga before. Every pose, including resting on my back is painful and cramping, and the result is that I ache during and between the sessions. But Adriene, you're saving me from decades of refusing to activate this unused body of mine. It's not meant to rust away like that. So I'm not giving up on myself again. I can't thank you enough for just being there.
To anyone feeling disappointed or overwhelmed about not "achieving" or "nailing" the poses, remember that yoga is a journey, yoga is exploration of your mind and body, yoga is finding yourself, and yoga is not about nailing the poses, but about trying, and finding what feels good ♥ Give yourself grace and remember that it's about the journey and not about the destination!! Most importantly, keep showing up on the mat for yourself ♥🙏
Agreed. Part of the joy of home practice is to modify to the poses based on what your body can do at that time. What feels good. Thanks for the reminder.
Just like falling out of tree pose, sometimes I have fallen out of my daily practice. When this happened I would often give up in disgust, and take days or weeks to return to any practice at all. But reminders like these help me remember I don't have to be perfect to practice yoga, and I haven't failed if I miss a day: every session I show up for is a success unto itself.
Today, Adriene said during a pose, "If that is not available to you, then..." That was life for me! I have an incurable degenerative joint disease and my hips won't allow me to do lunges or squats. I have always felt like I could get there if I pushed and pushed, but there is just too much damage. Not hearing her say, "if you can't do that yet", "or eventually you will be able to do it", was very liberating to me. I can just look at some of those things as 'not available to me' and release myself from feeling like it is not my fault or that I am not trying hard enough. I feel so free!
This is one of the main things I love about her videos. There are some things I can't do, and some things that vary from day to day so it's nice to know there are ways to modify and still benefit without feeling like if we just "tried harder" we'd be able to do it. Some of my joints don't do what they were built to do and that's OK. Anything where there's a "feel the burn" or "push yourself to get into this posture" is a hard no!
Thank you, Adrienne and team. Thanks to this positive community here. We all here for different reasons but our purpose is the same - to learn about ourselves better, to take care of our beautiful body, mind and soul. Don't be discouraged guys! Keep moving forward. I am happy that both you and I have come to the 9th day practice. It's not about destination only guys. Enjoy the ride.
Starting with child pose, I like that. Get curious like a little child. Thanks very much, Adriene and Benji. Great practice. Love ❤️ and peace to my yoga family. Love ❤️
I love love love the idea of "falling back in love with myself", especially through allowing myself to fall gently like a tree in the dark. Gosh if only I could allow myself to fall in life like this. I wonder how it is possible...
This was such a fun one! I usually feel so frustrated to not perfect a pose but to see Adriene inviting us to fall out of the tree pose was really freeing
I almost didn’t show up to today’s practice because I was overwhelmed by all I had to do today. Then I remembered how just 20 minutes with “Move” can change the trajectory of my whole day!! Sending so much love to all of you, I am proud of all of us who showed up today ❤️
"Be curious about the fall." I tried to stay present and be curious when I closed my eyes in tree pose. I realized that I always came out of the pose not because I lost my balance, but because I THOUGHT I was going to lose my balance. I'm not sure why this made me emotional but it probably says something about how I deal with things in life :') What's the worst that can happen if we fail something we try? Step out of tree pose and just try again! Thank you for everything, once again
Hi, everyone! I had a really hard time showing up today because of the yesterday's practice. I was looking forward to day 8 since I started this 30 day challenge and when it came, it was the most difficult day so far. I have tinnitus (it is a condition and it means that I hear a constant ringing in my ears - it is not serious and I know it sounds trivial, but I cannot hear silence, like ever, and it is quite a mental strain). So the slow flow and meditation was extremely challenging and I became more and more anxious and frustrated. But here I am, with the new day, and hoping that yoga will help me to put up with this annoying condition 😌❤ So thank you Adriene and thanks everyone here, that I feel like I am not alone on this journey 💫
I have tinnitus also and know exactly what you mean about never being able to hear silence. I know it might seem trivial to some, but I do miss it terribly. Try to be proud of yourself for showing up today -- you are not alone.
Hey Bee and Sowk, congratulations for sticking with it, tinnitus is not a trivial condition, it can be maddening and especially in yoga when all you want to do at times is sink into silence with your breath. I admire you both. Love and hugs and courage xoxo
Here to second what Lucy said. Both of you are enduring what I would consider one of the most insidious physiological & psychological afflictions. I experienced that ringing once, just for a week or so, and it was deeply distressing and disruptive. Cheers to you both for showing up and committing to yourselves and the love you deserve to feel. I hope you continue to find peace in whatever ways you can💗
Does white noise help you with the loud ringing? If yes, I would think it qualifies as a prop just like a block or blanket. Glad you arrived despite the challenge.
I understand totally. I have very little hearing in one ear and have had constant ringing/whooshing for years and no stereo sound with only one good ear you can't tell where a sound is coming from. I'm very grateful as there are much worse problems to have but still a bummer. Especially as I love music and find it very healing through all of the traumas in life. Glad to be with everyone on this journey. My daughter and I have been practicing together.
Showing up on my yoga mat this morning: still in my pjs, messy hair, and taking glorious sips of coffee throughout the practice made me feel rebellious, silly but true.. I loved every second of today’s practice, wide leg and balance poses are my favourite. Thank you.
This was such a fun session, I loved it. I kinda felt like a little kitten on its journey to explore the world, it was great! Thanks to everyone for practicing another day of yoga together, it's always fun to know, that there are thousands of people doing this at the same time as me
When Adriene said "Don't be afraid to take up space, you are worthy," I almost broke down in tears. I felt that. I have allowed others to make me feel unworthy and this daily practice reminds me that I am worthy. I can take up space. I needed that. I needed this practice.
I just want to say a huge huge THANK YOU to the whole amazing, wonderful and supportive community! It's nice to know that such wonderful and incredibly unique people are around! I'm genuinely grateful and thankful to each and every one of you, YES, that's right, everyyy single one of you! Thank you wholeheartedly for showing up! Also, I'm grateful to the Universe for having you both in our lives, Adriene & Benji! You are a real blessing! 🦋🌻🦋 Wishing you all a rock 'n' roll time of day!
Get to Know Day 27🦜 Thank you, Adriene and Benji❤ I was a fallen tree today, and I loved it🤣 Let's embrace our perfectly imperfect nature and enjoy the ride❤
My 3 and 5 year old started climbing all over and around me at the beginning of this practice. My first inclination was to feel anger and frustration but I was quickly reminded what the theme of the day was and I couldn’t help laugh at my childrens’ curiosity. Thanks for that lens!

Good morning everyone!🌞 (Or good *whatever time of the day it is where you live*) I didn’t feel well during the last few days. First, I got my vaccine booster and then my period both leading to exhaustion. The Rest practice was perfect to still do the yoga challenge but today I tried to get back on track. My body’s weaker than on Day 1 and poses I can usually do with ease were very challenging. Nevertheless I’m glad I came to the mat. Thank you Adriene for guiding us and helping me to regain my strength, it’s very much appreciated. And thank you to everyone else practicing and commenting about their experiences. Especially today. It was a big motivation for me to appear on the mat in the first place. Greetings from Germany into the world. See you tomorrow! 💛
Wow, I too got my period thus couldn’t do day 5, 6 & 7, but the Rest practice was doable. Got back on the mat today and ready to complete the rest of the challenge! Good luck to you and take it easy!☀️🌷
lots of love from germany, too 😊 last year i always took a break when i was on my first day of period, this year i challenged myself to try anyway everyday. though, now that you've mentioned it, i'm dreading how i might react to the booster... but i think both is important, give - grant - yourself rest, when you need it, but also a kick in the a** when you think it's good for you :P
KNOW 🔮 | June 28, 2024 | Oh how sweet to come back to this practice, it's been a long time. A reminder how much I loved the intro music to Move. Such a great flow to build strength in new ways and find our way back to our breath. 🙏
Day 9. Anyone else feel like the have unlocked their breathing, I randomly throughout the day now go wow my breath feels so free, strong and healthy. Also had a giggle closing my eyes during tree pose ;D TIMBER!!
Yes! That's so weird I have thought the exact same thing about my breath a few times in the last couple of days! Just sat at my desk, or stood making a cup of tea! ❤️
I just had that experience right now, during this practice. I've been doing yoga nearly every day since the beginning of last year and have always struggled with taking long breaths. I think it has something to do with my chest being tight at times. For some reason, something must've clicked today. At the end we were laying down, and I suddenly felt as if I could take longer, slower, more fuller breaths - without feeling as tired. It was so... odd, but so liberating. I tested it with sitting in a cross-legged seat too, which usually was the most difficult for me. I feel it becoming easier, and it is so wonderful. I would always do my best with the breaths I could take beforehand, albeit short and a little fast, but centering yoga around the breath, I've found, is absolutely worth it as Adriene says. And after today I hope that this newfound breath guides my practices and daily life activities even more!
Absolutely! I've been having trouble breathing the past few months, I think out of habit and anxiety (shallow, short breaths), and I know I wasn't getting enough oxygen that way. Ever since starting this 30 day yoga journey, my lungs feel so big and full of life! I've been finding it easier to breathe in general, and the dizziness I've been experiencing from lack of oxygen has practically disappeared! It's crazy, but it seems like the way you breathe is as much of a habit as anything else.
Thank you for sharing. It is so humbling, really every breath is different and no 2 breaths are exactly the same. There is always something to experience and learn just from our breath.
I like the fact that she mentioned (/reminded us) that it's okay to fall, and that we don't need to "nail it", falling and failure are part of the process (on and off the mat😄) and that we can just have fun with it. That was a great reminder for me - it was fun to fall and take the pressure off 'getting it right' - that we don't need to be afraid of failure because it's a natural part of the process. 🤗Thank you Adrienne🌻✨
Came here because I was not feeling like coming to the mat today. All I needed was to read a few of your encouraging words . Wow. Just feeling uplifted. So glad I showed up. So proud of all of us! 😭 ❤️
I've deeply appreciated every single video of the "move" series so far, but I was particularly grateful today that you encouraged us to *enjoy* the failure-not just giving us the freedom to do so, but *showing* us that it can be a fun experience. As I explore movement, particularly dance, on my own, I am grateful for the opportunity to find new ways to fail, because that leads me to find new ways to succeed: exciting sensations that I've never before experienced, that keep me interested and moving forward. So I'd like to thank you, for teaching me this small lesson today, for teaching me how to fail.
"You might feel like not showing up on your mat" actually I feel even more like showing up. But you, who ever you are, if you feel like not showing up. Just unroll your mat and sit down, take a breath amd press play. It all comes naturally aftewards
This is so true. Adriene got me and my husband into a habit of doing yoga way more consistently (basically every day since we found BREATH in March 2021) than any other classes we've tried. And we mean to keep doing it for the rest of our lives.
Thank you, was sitting on my couch reading these comments contemplating if it would be that bad if I missed 1 day as I was in no mood for yoga! Saw your comment, unrolled my mat and sat!.. day 9 in the books!
Thank you so much for this message. I was going to skip today's practice, but I read your comment and figured that I could at least unroll my mat. And then now I've completed Day 9!
That was really great thank you Adriene. This practice today, was definitely what I needed. I've not felt great today, I over did it yesterday going for a long walk, and it was quite a hot day. So today this practice has really helped me to recover from yesterday. Thank you Adriene & Benji, you are both so awesome. Have a great day. Namaste. 🙏💜🦋
Im loving to be a part of this journey with you all. Im so proud of myself for being able to complete the first weak and start the second weak. Seending lots of love for everyone. Have a nice day and be happy
Get To Know, day 28🎉 thank you, Adriene, this was the perfect practice for today, the sun is shining, it's a little cold, but it's winter and I couldn't ask for anything better. Also Happy Matariki for any fellow Kiwis making it to your mats today 💖🧘🏼♀️🙏🏻
I’m so appreciative of your platform. I am grateful that you gave us an opportunity to donate and also keep these videos that was a great gift. And now for the mat and thank you for those words that all we have to do is show up. Instead of a resolution this year I’m just reinventing myself and giving myself the time that I give others. Self-care equals love.
Achieving day 9 today ! I started late but I didn’t miss a single day. I felt really grateful to my body for being able to follow the movement and I’m definitly showing up tomorrow and for the rest of the journey 🙏🏼 Thank you so much Adriene !
I’m right behind you, doing day 9 today! Also sticking to doing all the Jan days in sequence rather than starting on Feb, because this Move sequence is really well put together. Thank you Adrienne!
@@judymccallum2545 Yaaay congrats for being here ! Same for me ! I like to challenge myself with new experiences each month, in january I did the veganuary so I had planned to do this journey during february.. But finally I just felt the right moment to start earlier than expected, thanks to my covid isolation 😂 And here we are, doing our best everyday ! I did day 13 this morning so I guess its day 12 for you ? Hope you had a good practice ! 🥰
@@elouve3980 thanks for the encouragement! I did 13 today, keeping with it! Good to know Im not alone in being behind. But we’re showing up, so that’s what counts! 🙂
"...getting more curious about how we find this balance between opposition... [haha] not a bad practice" - AMEN, SISTER! I love thinking about 300K + people doing this practice each day, and how we all have different perspectives, world views, opinions... Here's to rippling out being curious about finding the BALANCE between opposition this year. Love to yaz all
Adrienne, when you said "its day 9 and we are so happy to have you here" i replied with a loud, cheerful "so happy to be back too" and was smiling for the next 2 mins about how connected i feel and i cannot express how grateful I am to be here. Thank you so much💗
Last night as I tried to fall asleep, I could feel every inch of my body supported by the bed mattress and my pillow. It was a beautiful feeling. When Adriene said "fall back in love with yourself" in today's class, I connected the two. This daily practice has not just reminded me that I have a body and it feels good to take care of it, but that I also might transform my relationship to it in this process. I can't believe this is free on TH-cam
Feb 1st is my day 9 too like some of you. I started at the beginning of January and made it to day 15, but then the family got hit by COVID and I had to take 9 days off. Was so excited to feel good enough again to start over. I can’t wait to show up each morning!
I was feeling bad about falling 'behind' with these videos today - until I refreshed the page and found that 1000 other people had done the practice together with me! Such a wonderful feeling, to do something alone and yet together with so many others.
It feels so good to have a daily date with myself as a mom of two toddlers ! Thanks Adriene, and Thanks me to take this time to take care of myself every day ❤️
I’ve never been into yoga.. but I have committed to this 30 day journey. I can honestly say I look forward to this every day. Carving out this time away from my family just for me, has been my greatest gift to myself this year.
Took a lot of tumbles in tree pose when I closed my eyes. What a challenge! Even before today's practice, doing daily yoga with you has enabled me to fall (and pick myself back up) more gracefully, so I especially appreciated you encouraging us to be curious about the falls.
Does anyone else refresh the video after their practice to see how many people they practiced with? I did this practice with over 5,000 people! How amazing ❤️
I smiled throughout this practice, for the first time I wasn't disappointed in myself for falling down out of tree pose for example. I truly cannot thank you enough Adriene. And to everyone here, keep showing up for yourself because you deserve it. Love you, be kind to yourself x
I am so happy to have discovered you Adrienne! Although I have not been consistent, I can see the changes in my mind, body and mood with every practice. Thank you for your continued encouragement to "take up space" and to "commit to myself." You're truly wonderful!
This was such a fun and relaxing, but energizing practice! Felt so great to get on the mat. Pushed myself on tree pose. Closing your eyes just adds another layer to it. Look forward to tomorrow! 🙏🏼💙
My friend Jenny invited me to be her yoga buddy on this 30 day challenge! I am LOVING it! I am a longtime yogini, but have been very demoralized in the practice since the start of Covid. (I think I miss in-class instruction!) This is really reviving me. Love the length of the sessions, and the new focus each day on a theme. AND, I have my blue heeler mix beside me as I practice! Thanks, Adriene!!!
I'm doing this 30 day sequence for the second time, and I see such an improvement in my posture, strength and ability to move! I was able to achieve the high tree pose for the first time in my life today. Thank you Adrienne! I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate you, your yoga and your sense of humor! Sometimes I chuckle myself out of a pose but it's worth it!
I completed this one earlier today before work. I found something new today even in poses we have practiced often. I am also glad I am not the only one who falls out of tree pose when eyes are closed. 😛 Move day 9. 463 days in a row.
today not only I am not the only one who showed up to practice. when you said "falling graciously out of tree pose..." tears began to show up, too, as I suddenly realized that falling sometimes is okay. mistakes and relapses are okay. we are human. usually i never comment anywhere but today, i really wanted to say: thank you adriene for your truly wonderful yoga lessons. i don't know how many times they lightened up my days. thank you for this wonderful community filled with support and peace. if you read this: you got this, whereever you are. we all got this. ❤️
Didn't want to come to the mat, started thinking of all the reasons why I shouldn't. I reminded myself I want to learn to be more consistent and committed and here I am, feeling real great after today's practice 😊Sending love to everyone here!
Yes, I may be a few weeks behind. And yes, I may have missed a few days or cut some practices short. But I have given myself a million metric tons of grace this year, and this is as far as I've gotten into one of these! My body is stronger, I can feel a greater flexibility and balance, and my heels touch the floor more often in down dog. Giving my body the gift of grace has paid itself back ten-fold. There have been few points in my life where I have loved my body this much and been this grateful for it.
Showed up to day nine! This is becoming a very special, private time for myself and I love it so much. I sleep so much deeper and I feel stronger. Gosh. I'm really headed to 30 days of yoga!
Have the sniffles so inhaling and exhaling was a challenge but I did whatever I could because ultimately this is what it is all about. Grateful for this practice and the community. Have a good week everyone. Good vibes from Karachi, Pakistan.
I love that these are around 30 minutes long. I find it easier to show up for that time frame than 45 or 60 minutes. I can also repeat another set if I want more than 30 minutes that day. I really feel good. Thanks 🙏🏼
I been follow Adriene for 18 months. Her class made me feel great every week. This year I decided to follow 30 days Journey. The experience is awesome and feel refresh after a long day work. Thank you for bring us together. I🥰❤️
I have been skipping days of the Move Challenge and been doing two videos the next day to catch up. I know that's not perfect, but I am trying. It is my first year staying on time and consistent with the yearly 30-day journey. I am proud of myself:)
Rocking in a little late but I’m travelling this month so keeping up the best I can between everything else going on and it feels like it’s keeping my trip so balanced! I can’t wait to go back to daily practice when I’m home again, but I’m loving that this 30 day (turned 45 day for me) challenge really has the feeling of ‘it’s about the journey not the destination’
I love Benji so much 🥰 and Adrienne too of course!!! I am no longer able to have another yoga teacher; Yoga with Adriene is part of me now❤ Thanks for everything xxx
Dear Adriene, l really hope that your will to live, your inner purity, your semplicity and your joy, can infect all those who follow you. It so, the world would surely be better! Also thank you very much, for this new lesson and for your big heart ,sympathy , professionalism and skill. I hope you can read these words from my heart. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR BEST FIEND BENJI. Cecilia
The invitation to fall made this practice one of the most meaningful I've had in a very long time. I'm a perfectionist. I practice yoga daily and while I love it I am also constantly beating myself up for not nailing certain poses or transitions, etc. The invitation to try something I knew I could not do, to try it knowing I would fall... Was liberation. Thank you, Adriene.
I love this challenge. As a 73 year old I've found that with only small modifications I can keep up and do all the moves. At day 9 I'm already noticing huge improvements, especially balance. Thank you Adriane. PS, the dog is so cute and calm.
Day 9 - and curious! I love that your sessions are real and honest. The world is not a perfect place, and neither are we, but we continue to be the best we can....thank you for sharing your gift, Namaste.
Adriene, you’ve changed my life. I had so many buried emotions that I’m finally to process because of you and yoga. This is my third 30 day series of yours that I’ve done and I am a new woman. Thank you.
Perhaps this can be a way to give yourself a hug, strengthen those lungs to cushion your broken heart and build your core as a recentering after you were knocked off balance! 💗
i will not quit! I may not have done 9 days in a row, but I'm on day 9 of this journey. i refuse to quit and will get back on track. thanks for your encouraging words adriene
I came back to continue where I stopped some days ago so I only did day 9 today (I was already late with day 1 on the 6th January or so), but somehow I feel it is okay, it is better than giving up completely. So I will never catch up with you, my friends (because this is how I feel about our little big community of Adrienne’s followers 😀💪) but ‘I have your back’!🙌
01.09.2022 - I went into the second side of our tree pose practice ready to close my eyes and ready to fall. I was ready to be CURIOUS about the sensations in my body when I fell and how things shifted. And as I lifted my leg and closed my eyes I felt stillness. I wasn't wobbling as much as I expected and instead of being CURIOUS about how my body fell I changed that curiosity into feeling my breath travel through my body was I was standing on one leg with my eyes closed. It is funny what happens when you are ready to embrace imperfections, your world suddenly opens up to possibility. Thank you Adriene 💚
thank you for showing us it's okay to fall out of tree pose and how to do it gracefully. and at the end, saying let yourself fall... maybe "fall back in love with yourself." beautiful, Adriene!
So glad that I found Adriene at the start of the pandemic! I have made progress in my yoga life at home, and don't really miss the gym anymore. I'm 69 and have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. When I fall out of the habit for a few days, my body tells me that I need to keep moving and stretching and being flexible. After almost two years of taking advantage of all the free yoga, I felt it was time to support this wonderful cause and I joined the paid site. I've convinced several people to join with Adriene and Benji, and we all feel that it has added wonderful value to our lives. Thank you so much!!
My friend recommended this yoga program to me so I am going to pay it forward. I am absolutely loving this series and I am going to recommend it to my mom, sisters and girlfriends. Thank you!
I fell over in tree pose - I did it a few times actually. And I laughed. No negative internal dialogue accompanied it. Just curiosity about how it felt. Amazing. Thank you @Adriene, thank you everyone, it's so good to fall in a safe space 😍
I wanted to skip day 9 because it was already end of the day and I thought to myself that I’m feeling fine, but then I reminded myself that I was feeling fine because I was doing yoga consistently 10 days before 😂 so I got up and showed up to the practice. And it felt beautiful ❤
Hello from one 60 something to another! Impressed by your commitment; flexibility so important in our 6th decade. Namaste 🙏
Hi Susanne! Same here! I started with Breath last year and never missed a day in 2021, even thru a bit of sick days, during my travels etc. Now cant imagine a day without adriene.. ❤🙏
Wow! That's beautiful I wish you the best
Nice! You're an inspiration to me! 💗
You keep at it girl! It will payoff.
I can totally relate to the discomfort that this is bringing up.
Thank you for your inspiring words. Love it.
Keep going! You're awesome!
Don’t EVER give up or doubt yourself again!!!❤️ ☮️
To anyone feeling disappointed or overwhelmed about not "achieving" or "nailing" the poses, remember that yoga is a journey, yoga is exploration of your mind and body, yoga is finding yourself, and yoga is not about nailing the poses, but about trying, and finding what feels good ♥ Give yourself grace and remember that it's about the journey and not about the destination!! Agreed. Part of the joy of home practice is to modify to the poses based on what your body can do at that time. What feels good. Thanks for the reminder.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'll remember your reminders! 🙏🏼🌱
You are so right! Is there even a destination, or just this journey?
Just like falling out of tree pose, sometimes I have fallen out of my daily practice. When this happened I would often give up in disgust, and take days or weeks to return to any practice at all. @@paulm.8660 yesss that’s so true! you don’t have to be perfect! As Adriene says: “come as you are”

Me: My heart got all fluttery at hearing that. Thank you.
I enjoyed that as well.
Same here, it really hit home that it's ok to take up space
Really loving your comments Ron, I've noticed them on several videos

Starting with child pose, I like that. Get curious like a little child. Thanks very much, Adriene and Benji. Great practice. Love ❤️ and peace to my yoga family. Love ❤️
I love love love the idea of "falling back in love with myself", especially through allowing myself to fall gently like a tree in the dark. Gosh if only I could allow myself to fall in life like this. I wonder how it is possible...
I love this comment :)
I think it has to do with knowing that if we fall (and we all do) that we can get back up. We're that strong.
Yes i feel you!
That is why I cannot stop! It is exactly what you said:"how just 20 min can change the trajectory of my whole day"! It is worth every second!
All the love for adriene ❤️❤️❤️🌻
Thanks to everyone for practicing another day of yoga together, it's always fun to know, that there are thousands of people doing this at the same time as me
Funny you should mention kitten. My kitten was playing with Adriene's foot as it bounced up and down!
Me too, so fun!!
When Adriene said "Don't be afraid to take up space, you are worthy," I almost broke down in tears. I felt that. I have allowed others to make me feel unworthy and this daily practice reminds me that I am worthy. I can take up space. I needed that. I needed this practice.
Cry those tears, I have shed some too and the practice gets extra powerful after that release!
Wishing you all a rock 'n' roll time of day!
Much love to you, too

Get to Know Day 27🦜
Thank you, Adriene and Benji❤
I was a fallen tree today, and I loved it🤣
Let's embrace our perfectly imperfect nature and enjoy the ride❤
Your yoga is the best hands down on the internet. That's why I'm so happy to see that you have over 10 million subscribers because you deserve it.
I totally agree! I’ve been following her since 2008/2010.
I’m living the same situation so i’m with you ! You can do it ! Send you love from France 💙❤️
Cara, I'm so happy to have you with us, no matter what! Keep up the good work, thank you for coming! I'm proud of you! You've got this! 💜
I'm proud of you for showing up! I know how hard to keep going when your body doesn't feel okay 🥺
Yes my lungs feel fantastic! ❄️
My day 27 of Get to Know ❤ After a good swim at the beacb today. I needed this!
This really resonated with me too! x
Came here because I was not feeling like coming to the mat today. All I needed was to read a few of your encouraging words . Wow. Just feeling uplifted. So glad I showed up. So proud of all of us! 😭 ❤️
Yay!
So I'd like to thank you, for teaching me this small lesson today, for teaching me how to fail.
ain't gonna lie, I'm super late. but I'm proud that I didn't quit :) it was a good practice! thanks~
Keep going:D!
@@myclearbag That's often how it is. Great that we have Adriene and this awesome community to motivate each other to carve out space for ourselves. 🙌
Thank you so much for this message. I was going to skip today's practice, but I read your comment and figured that I could at least unroll my mat. And then now I've completed Day 9!
You are right. Unrolling my mat now.
Benji is just adorable and this practice was super sweet. Thanks, Adriene!
Good morning everyone, these practices are so amazing. Try to be proud of yourself for showing up today :)
Good morniiing :) I hope you’re proud of yourself too!!🤍
Absolutly!
Thank you for your generosity and creating these wonderful videos that are accessible to everyone 🙏
This is great- I appreciate that each of these are no more than 30 minutes. Thanks so much.
With you on that same journey, Friend. Sending you some extra love 🖤
i just love Benji so much! Thank you for sharing him with us 🥺
have an exam tomorrow so I nearly didn't show up in the name of studying but I remembered the commitment I made. here's to keeping up with curiousity!
I’m a beginner at 63…all my years of tennis make me very tight and I’m loving the opportunity to change, and begin again. Thank You Adrienne ❤
Thank you to the whole Yoga with Adriene Team! You are one of the best things on the internet!
Gooooood morning, Day 9. Yes! This is the longest streak I've had on a 30 day challenge and I'm oh, so proud. We got this 👍 💪 🙌 🙏 Thanks, Adriene
Yayyy!!! That’s awesome ☺️
So you should be! See you tomorrow Julie xxx
Love to yaz all
Loving getting into the rhythm of a daily practise and feeling part of a warm, supportive community💜
Thankyou, Adriene xxx My body needed this today xx
My 20 year old son and I are doing these daily with you. It has been such a bonding experience for us 💙 ThanQ!
I am so grateful to be here w/ everyone ❤️
Feb 1st is my day 9 too like some of you. I started at the beginning of January and made it to day 15, but then the family got hit by COVID and I had to take 9 days off. Was so excited to feel good enough again to start over. I can’t wait to show up each morning!
I was feeling bad about falling 'behind' with these videos today - until I refreshed the page and found that 1000 other people had done the practice together with me! Such a wonderful feeling, to do something alone and yet together with so many others.
10 hours later and still the same thing happened. It's amazing. 🙂
It feels so good to have a daily date with myself as a mom of two toddlers ! Thanks Adriene, and Thanks me to take this time to take care of myself every day ❤️
Before the calm, there is a storm.
Lovely spending this time with you.
Namaste
I’ve never been into yoga.. but I have committed to this 30 day journey. I can honestly say I look forward to this every day. Carving out this time away from my family just for me, has been my greatest gift to myself this year.
Alyssa I feel the same way about everything you wrote! On Day 10 and I feel a whole new energy and joy daily from this daily practice with Adrienne.
Glad to see in the comments I am not the only one behind ! I have been sick but am not giving up :)
Look at us! Right at a third of the way done with this challenge! Very proud of us all for making it 🙏
Took a lot of tumbles in tree pose when I closed my eyes.
I just tried that, 8145!😍
I am 6 days behind, but 500 people were with me!
I love the new vocabulary being introduced. I also love that we're building strength little by little.
It always amazes me how many people practice at the simultaneously with me!Sending lots of love to the 7 thousand others who showed up with me today!
Move day 9. 463 days in a row.
today not only I am not the only one who showed up to practice. when you said "falling graciously out of tree pose..." tears began to show up, too, as I suddenly realized that falling sometimes is okay. mistakes and relapses are okay. we are human.
usually i never comment anywhere but today, i really wanted to say: thank you adriene for your truly wonderful yoga lessons. i don't know how many times they lightened up my days. thank you for this wonderful community filled with support and peace.
if you read this: you got this, whereever you are. we all got this. ❤️
Didn't want to come to the mat, started thinking of all the reasons why I shouldn't. I reminded myself I want to learn to be more consistent and committed and here I am, feeling real great after today's practice 😊Sending love to everyone here!
Thank you for taking the time to share everyday!! I look forward to these sessions everyday!
I feel you, today my nose decided to go for a run in the wind, apparently.😂 But I showed up after 3 days of no yoga and it felt free❤
I love that these are around 30 minutes long. I find it easier to show up for that time frame than 45 or 60 minutes.
I can also repeat another set if I want more than 30 minutes that day.
I really feel good.
Thanks 🙏🏼
Day 9 already! I love the idea of a ‘curious’ practice…
I’m proud of you ❤️
I don't feel like writing a long comment today, but I committed, showed up, and if you did that too, you have something to be proud of. Namaste!
Still here, Adrienne, and loving every minute. Thank you for this gift
I love this challenge. As a 73 year old I've found that with only small modifications I can keep up and do all the moves. At day 9 I'm already noticing huge improvements, especially balance. Thank you Adriane. PS, the dog is so cute and calm.
amazing what we can do at this age. Hooray!!
Thank you.
Grief is making it challenging to “be” with my body. Send me some love, healing energy yoga peeps.
Thanks in advance
.🙏🏻
Namaste, see you tomorrow
Perhaps this can be a way to give yourself a hug, strengthen those lungs to cushion your broken heart and build your core as a recentering after you were knocked off balance! 💗
i will not quit! I may not have done 9 days in a row, but I'm on day 9 of this journey. i refuse to quit and will get back on track. thanks for your encouraging words adriene
I came back to continue where I stopped some days ago so I only did day 9 today (I was already late with day 1 on the 6th January or so), but somehow I feel it is okay, it is better than giving up completely. So I will never catch up with you, my friends (because this is how I feel about our little big community of Adrienne’s followers 😀💪) but ‘I have your back’!🙌
I cannot explain how much I love her videos and vibe!
We made it to day 9!!!! 💞 so excited to discover more.
The falling tree was incredible!! Thank you Adrienne
I was stronger on the second side too! Nice!
Thank you Adriene for the amazing class!🌹
thank you for showing us it's okay to fall out of tree pose and how to do it gracefully. and at the end, saying let yourself fall... maybe "fall back in love with yourself." beautiful, Adriene!
Thank you!
Beautiful practice
Thanks Adriene ❤
I fell in the tree pose and oh boy it was the best
I fell over in tree pose - I did it a few times actually. And I laughed. No negative internal dialogue accompanied it. Just curiosity about how it felt. Amazing. Thank you @Adriene, thank you everyone, it's so good to fall in a safe space 😍
I wanted to skip day 9 because it was already end of the day and I thought to myself that I’m feeling fine, but then I reminded myself that I was feeling fine because I was doing yoga consistently 10 days before 😂 so I got up and showed up to the practice. And it felt beautiful ❤
