Sarah is a marathoner and ultramarathoner, with a love of long distances and strength training - strong mind and body. She is a UESCA running and ultrarunning certified coach, NASM personal trainer and nutrition coach certified. Has been coaching for 17+ years, the last of 6 have been dedicated to running and strength training and have helped dozens of runners reach their goals. I have coached anywhere from beginners to seasoned marathon and ultramarathon runners and have really honed in on specializing in marathon and ultramarathon distances!
