    Sarah is a marathoner and ultramarathoner, with a love of long distances and strength training - strong mind and body. She is a UESCA running and ultrarunning certified coach, NASM personal trainer and nutrition coach certified. Has been coaching for 17+ years, the last of 6 have been dedicated to running and strength training and have helped dozens of runners reach their goals. I have coached anywhere from beginners to seasoned marathon and ultramarathon runners and have really honed in on specializing in marathon and ultramarathon distances!

    Never too cold to run outside Coach Sarah! But the strength workouts have been so helpful!

      LoL. Thanks for the comment. The “too cold” was my idea. I’m a wimp when it gets cold. I’ll relay to Sarah that the strength workouts have been working.
