Hey All! Can you believe I finally found the place that started my whole love affair with RoadsideAttractions.com?? So of course, I’m talking about THE FLINTSTONES BEDROCK CITY in Williams Arizona! It’s located just a mere 24 miles south of the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance gate.
You’re not going to want to miss a single fun filled moment of this video because I’ll not only walk you around this iconic land of childhood memories, but I’ll also show many of the prehistoric photo opportunities. Plus, I did a wonderfully interesting interview with the owner Troy about the history of this modern stone age place. And we even get a behind the scenes look at Raptor Ranch and some of the future plans for this nostalgic attraction!

Iade a left there and headed to flagstaff a few years back. It was about midnight. And hit a bull elk at 65 miles an hour. Totalled my 95 gmc van. I do wish I would have visited that spot.
Oh no! What a scary experience. I hope you were okay afterwards. My friend hit a deer and the damage to her truck was extensive, so I can only imagine how much more an elk would cause. I'm so sorry that happened to you.🥺
@@RoamTownGirl luckily my son has cerebral Paulsy and was in the front seat tilted back. We were on a cross country trip from Washington state to Disney to Colorado up to Yosemite. But after the accident we were stuck in flagstaff for a couple weeks. Looking for another vehicle. The state patrol was a native tracker and said the elk disappeared. After I told him I took a stick from the grand canyon. He told me the ground is sacred. And returned it for me. Don't take anything from there. We were lucky and survived. The van was totaled.
We have yogi bear's Jellystone park in Florida.

Thanks CraftyT 💕 Yes, puppies are allowed- but there were so many goathead sticker-prickers, so I kept the dogs away. And the admission fee is nominal ($8) or free for anyone camping in the RV park. The RV park accepts Passort America - and the current PA rate is $25 per night 😉
