Good content but The audio quality isn’t quite there. If you guys can improve that it would help a lot. You can here a lot of echo at times and there’s a lot of screech at the high end when they speak. Please improve this as it will make it a better experience for us the viewer .
Not one word on green building materials, high efficient equipment, Passive solar, or renewable energy... We still have a long way to go. Why save your money to build a home that doesn't take advantage of the Sun (light, heat,electric, hot water,...) and uses more money to operate? Dhill from Seattle, I recommend that the big houses in Georgia have bigger kitchens. 500 square foot house with 10 square feet kitchen. Houses on west coast have big kitchens in New Construction

I took several deductions on my 2020/21 tax return when building the shop in my profile pic (shop sold in 2022). I was approved for conventional loan with $175k down. My builder’s contract is $800k. Price of lot is $140k. Appraised value of project is $940k. Any recommendations in getting this build done?
