to round the "collector" back, I use a cone machined out of steel. 1/2" on the small end up to 6" on the big end, you can use it on a press, but you can also put it on the table, and ram the opening of your pipe on it, it's going to fit the pipe way better, with that, you can also expand the tubing. I do it with sanitary stainless pipes. On a press you can expand a 3" pipe up to 4" easily! really really useful to have!

The mr2 looks great clean build keep it going get that record
Use the pressure flow of the exhaust and point it downwards after the bumper. Physics says that should "help" keep the nose down 🤙🏼 congrats on the milly 👏🏼
Went straight to the website to preorder a shirt, not too often you get to be a part of something so early and watch it grow. Had to have one
Looks great, how come you don’t use purge gas on the inside when welding?
Exhaust looks good. Instead of tips on the y pipe I’d fix the 45’s to the chassis so the exhaust can just slip into it. It’ll help hold the weight and be even easier than maneuvering the bends through the holes. Weld a flange to them and rivet it to the chassis. Wouldn’t have to worry about the tips on future revisions of the car either, just the exhaust.
Awesome content! Love the exhaust build. 👍
Check back one month from now to see Kyle install the next version of the exhaust that has 1 90 degree bend dumping out thru the hood ;)
really like the wagon. super clean.
