The one and only time during the Bulls championship years that a lot of fans (including myself) actually thought that they COULD lose. The '92 Knicks was one thing, but that Pacers squad was very lethal. You couldn't see it on paper. It got scary for a while lol.
True. The Pacers were deep and tough. The only other time I was worried for the bulls like that was against Utah (Malone,Stockton, Hornacek, and company).
The pacers had an amazing talented crew and nowadays this generation of fans think MJ never had any hard competition or those teams were old already hahahahaah
It's interesting that nobody felt like friends (or even friendly) at all just listening to them talk...it was blood or nothing. Almost like they are about to have a boxing match instead of a basketball series...great to see/hear.
Clutch23 AGAIN!!! MJ and the Bulls going to a game 7 against a real real good scary Pacers squad. Damn that matchup was crazy! The GOAT was too much for them!
this would have been a sweep had that Reggie shove on Mike been called late in the game. It was a clear foul... even Reggie admitted it in one of his interviews regarding it. That game 4 win gave the Pacers a breathe of life while the Bulls got all of a sudden become aware of their mortality.
This is the meaning of a beautiful game...its not that boring a$$ soccer with 11 players and low scoring...its 5 guys working towards a championship and following one of the greatest teammates leaders in sports history....todays NBA...soft soft butter soft...
I'm still a Jordan fan,..even though he's been retired,...and whenever he makes an appearance I feel like it's a game being played !! It's only been a couple of months since the games stopped and I already forgot about the other dude,..hahaha !!!
You can sense even in the interviews that they're afraid of MJ. Reggie would trash talk every one else, but not Jordan. Going as much as to say he's above everyone else.
I think he by this time was aware that you had to be careful to not give MJ something to motivate him. There were enough examples of people who had said stuff in the media and got burned by him. He was hoping that he'd get a languid MJ,who could give you 30, and they ould live with that, rather than the one who could go off for 50

Stuff that people don't talk about. He was better in these areas than Kobe and freed himself up to take better shots. I think Jordan's ball handling got saucier in this season, as Pippen was out for most of the year and instead of playing off the ball, he had to handle the ball more.

@@thetexan8997 I thought about The Dream as well. But still, Jordan was more crisp with his movement than Olajuwon was in 1997-98. NOBODY looked better! He had the perfect body he was aesthetically beautiful! His style grace & artistry will never be duplicated!
When MJ takes over the game, there’s not much anyone can do. What a sight. Worth the price of every tix.
Jordan was so inspiring, the league just was never the same without him. Even Kobe the copy cat never really captivated me like Mike did.
100% true
Back when ball was ball. Defense, intensity, trash talking, grit, hunger, skill. Michael personified all of those with ease.
He is the most graceful to ever lace them up... LeBron looks like a linebacker playing..jordan looks like a ballet dancer
Pro tip: you can watch series on Kaldrostream. Me and my gf have been using it for watching a lot of movies these days.
@Bowen Rylan yup, I've been using kaldrostream for since december myself :D

Michael Jordan’s fade away jumper is the most beautiful shot ever created. Heck even his free throw shots are beautiful.
