Not color, race, gender... but HARD WORK and DETERMINATION !!! I am so happy for her, but mainly because she's QUALIFIED - oh, and HAPPY - to do this. I hope she works her way UP even FURTHER in that company.
This is what the black community needs to see, hard work and determination, not that thug crap, get rich quick life the powers that be pushes on the community. The Hispanic community as well.
May God bless you Miss Amber Thomas. You may not remember but me, but we prayed together on the first day that you opened. I hope and pray that God blesses you substantially all the days of your life in the name of Yeshua I pray, I say yes and amen; declaring, decreeing, and believing that is already done ✨ hallelujah ✨ Selah ✨ Shalom ✨🕊️
She can't just be an owner/operator? She has to be a black, female owner operator? What about the other black female owner operators (yes they definitely exist). Maybe you can do a vide on black left-handed small business owners next?
You do a disservice to her when you point out she is black and a woman.(people will see that easily) Instead focus on how "specifically" she became successful with her skills. Then ask her to spend time going to elementary schools to invite kids from the inner city to see how a restaurant is run. The will do more for the community than anything else.
Wow!! So happy for her! I’m going to support this chick fil-a location since it’s not too far from me!
Humbleness at its finest!
Glad to see a Beautiful Woman of Color handling business!! Congrats Amber!
Great News may the Lord bless this great Patriotic American Woman 🇺🇲

Ahem . . . the CFA in Sorrento Valley had multiple black female employees a year ago, now they're all gone. Quite the setback.
Only Black? So racist.
