Always go for MNC no matter what it's fine they pay less because what will you choose "peace of mind and spending time with your loved ones" or getting pressure from the boss everytime and doing overwork every time, startup is good for frshers but if you are experienced and then going for startup is so stupid unless you are a huge nerd/trapped in rat race.
I joined an MNC in May 2022 and have been working as a PL SQL and Python developer in my current project. Yesterday, my manager informed me that, due to budget issues, they are ramping me off. I have experience in PL SQL and Python. I am considering moving to a startup. I know this is a good move for my career, but what can I do to get hired quickly, as I have an ongoing education loan that I need to repay?
You should start reaching out to people working at startups, regardless of their popularity. Focus on startups that are 4-5 years old, start giving interviews, and try to seize opportunities as early as possible.
It's definitely possible to do after graduation, but make sure you have a strong understanding of data analysis along with practical project experience.
