I downloaded the game but having never played any of the other games they have made, I'm finding it really difficult learning how to navigate. I often get stuck with a close up of an animal and nothing is clickable to get back so I can navigate the zoo. I'm finding even the tutorials extremely difficult because they aren't clear on how to do maneuver the camera so you can see. I'd love to see you do a very basic starter video!! Your videos are great but make everything look so easy.
@@DeLadysigner I have. But trying to figure out there code is annoying. It took me forever to figure out that the arrows meant to move the mouse not use the arrow keys!!
Just one question, how do you know how to use the controls of the whole game so well? Especially in the construction mode .. every part is treated in detail, it would take days to learn every technique and every trick. Fantastic! Are you by chance part of the Creators Team of the game ??? : D I would like to be so good too :) In case the language is not correct, well I am using the translator because I am a foreigner :)
Hey Olghy ♥ Thank you for your compliments :) Ive been playing Planet Coaster since the day it came out, the building mechanics are exactly the same as in Planet Zoo (except for the zoo part of course haha). I have over 2.000 hours in Planet Coaster, so I guess I just had a lot of practice before Planet Zoo came out :)

Haha yeah, the shadows are a pain in the *** but still gives a cool effect some how tho, haha! Just go and try it! You will have so much fun and probably also learn a thing or two :) You could also try it with only glass pieces without any metal or so around them, that will avoid any shadows :) Try watch my South America Dome video on the channel :) that one barely has shadows either because I used plain glass :)

TBH I forgot just how good of a builder you are during the beta builds (they were still great! but like you said the focus was on getting it done quickly) and suddenly all the AMAZING builds you made in Planet Coaster are rushing back! One question- do you look up reference pictures to inspire what you're gonna build next or do you just open the game and wing it?

I just realized, usually in games the more you pay the more better gear and stuff you get, but with planet zoo it really doesn’t need the expansions for it to look good, it’s all about patience, creativity, and having fun

Also, just throwing out ideas for you to try, what about a zoo hotel? Or overgrown city themed would be cool. And a shrine swamp for the saltwater crocodiles

Loving this series but have a quick question. I’m trying to build a dome. I’ve built the wall and then I copy it and move it apart. But if I try and select both pieces I can copy them with the axis move tool to them rotate together to form a perfect circle. How are you doing this? Thanks DeLadysigner
My English skill is not quite good, but I have questions about How can I manage function ' Group Edition ' due to sometimes I would like to add or delete constructuring things. Another is I watch you create a path that is so freedom. You can make it anywhere but when I try it not work. The system remind that it's uneven terrain something like that (I forget it lol) Thank you for answer my low writing English skill.

Great video! I'm trying to learn the basics of building. How are you quickly duplicating and rotating those items, like when you duplicate the wall sections continuously to create a full 360 degree wall section, are you just using CTRL+D and then rotating the item? Is there a trick to keeping the item locked to the same axis? any help appreciated , look forward to your other videos, subbed :D

How in the.... do you ad a grid to your building? Like how the toilets and stuff snapped in place in your building, and not on the "world grid"`?
Click the building and press R (sometimes 2 times to get in the grid when you have more items/shops inthe building) 😊 hope this helps

Click the building and press crtl + x if I remember correctly.. also blue line is just the null fence 😊
