    Omg. Thanks for your sharing. I'm about to book for my parents birthday and I guess I'm going to skip it.

      That is my personal review. The room is ok with the accessibility but the club lounge is so-so for an international brand hotel. You can check on EQ which I made a video too. Rooms and club lounge are great there.

    I am globalist, i am staying by myself but book as 2 guest, can i bring different guests to breaksfast, afternoon tea and evening hours?

      Greeting, as long as you book the room under 2 guests, you can bring in another companion to the club lounge, or else you have to pay for your friend who is going in with you. It's rather strict to me. About the price, I have forgotten.

      Thanks for watching. It is the hotel management to enforce on the rules. Guest may be offended but have to abide to the house rule if staying in the hotel. If the hotel afraid to confront to the guest, sadly then this is what happen.

      Hi, yes there are alcohol drinks but all are self service and put in a fridge or cupboard. This is what I saw during my stay.

    did ladies wear shorts in club lounge? or all requires long pants?

    • @Danny_Walk_Stay
      @Danny_Walk_Stay  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, sorry for late reply, was away for holiday. There is no requirement for ladies... but I personally suggest ladies should wear a long pants at least. Somehow the staff there wont really bother even ladies wear short pants. They even have kids inside running around.

      I wore shorts and it seems no problem. My rating is 5-star hotel, but a 3-star lounge. The food served at happy hour is a little bit disappointing.

      @@hahahaYL-h3x That is why the staff never bother much on the guest even they have dress code there.

      The dinner restaurant buffet is very famous but the room is a little old.

      @@Danny_Walk_Stay thanks for replying you think it's not worth to stay there ? Where do you suggest ? Grand Hyatt ? I heard mandarin oriental the rooms are old style too

    • @Danny_Walk_Stay

      @@yasmeenrtubv1841 It really depends on your budget and what you are looking for as the hotel may not be my preference can be yours. I am looking into the sound proof, cleanliness and service most of the time. Others may look for convenience and accessibility. Some look for good food in the hotel. Shang KL is a very old hotel, therefore the room is very big but the sound proof can be not so good. I used to stay there before I started doing review on hotel.

      @@Danny_Walk_Stay thanks again friend for replying. My budget is max / high . I just want clean good service, nice clean room and luxe .can you recommend something the Ritz ? The mandarin o?

    • @Danny_Walk_Stay
      @Danny_Walk_Stay  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@yasmeenrtubv1841 Forget about Ritz or JW Marriott in KL, they are the worst Marriott brand. Whatever hotel located at Bukit Bintang area either small or old. Just because of the location, they are branded expensively. Try EQ in Jalan Sultan Ismail. Mandarin Oriental beside town tower also not bad. St Regis KL near Sentral Station is new. Another one I am yet to try is RuMa near twin tower. Perhaps u can let me know this one if u intend to stay here.
