I’ve done staycation in almost all hotels in KL. And yes, Grand Hyatt is definitely not the best. The best would be Four Seasons KL. You should have stayed there.
I hate it there at Grand Hyatt KL. First, if you drive and to park the car…u had to go to the underground parking space, take the first elevator to the ground floor. Take a 360’ tour to get to another elevator to the sky lounge for the check in process. Get the key, take another leave…back to lower floors beneath the sky lounge. Three elevators change to get to your room and VV if you wanna get out from room…another three elevators to get back to yr car. Room furniture very Scandinavian almost Ikea-ish. Service only ok. Pool and gym are good.
sis there's a fine line between standing up for your rights and being a Karen. I addressed my concerns with the staff courteously, and we reached a resolution like adults. If you're itching to lecture, save your breath. The hotel staff welcomed constructive feedback more than your unnecessary sass@@afifi-my
Just don't bother her. She is literally everywhere on Malaysian related videos. An Indonesian cybertropper pretending to be a Singaporean with very minimum English. She could be a guy who got nothing to do in life. Sad.

Grand Hyatt is usually top notch. That check in was quite an outlier
ikr! but at least the overall experience was alright
Actually no, our company de facto hotel is this one, and we had multiple occasions where the room is only available after 4pm
Sorry to hear about your experience when you got your first room especially when it's Grand Hyatt. Hope the compensation was good though!
