  • Hello Friends today I have put video about on grid solar power plant system wiring diagram
    In this video I don't use battery and use bidirectional energy meter
    so that you have save your money and also maintenance of power plant is down
    there is much better plant against off grid power plant because of battery replacement cost is very high so I will refer you on grid power plant.
    solar energy is simply the light and heat that come from the sun people can harness the sun energy in a few different ways photovoltaic cells which convert sunlight into electricity. passive solar heating which can be as simple as letting the sun shine through windows to heat the inside of a building.
    How is solar panel work?
    simply put a solar panel works by allowing photons or particles of light to knock electrons free from atoms generating a flow of electricity. solar panels actually comprise many smaller units called photovoltaic cells. this all adds up to an electric field at the junction between the silicon layers.
    What is an inverter used for?
    An inverter converts the DC electricity from sources such as
    batteries or fuel cells to AC electricity. The electricity can
    be at any required voltage; in particular it can operate AC
    equipment designed for mains operation, or rectified to produce
    DC at any desired voltage.

    Good video. Why do you two circuit breaker attached to each other after the inverter? Why are both of them of a different types? Why are 3 positive wires (RED) coming out and only sticking in the air (or where should they stick)? Please confirm asap as I am working on a project. Thanks!

      There is one mcb and 2nd is elcb that's protect us from human short circuit so both are required

      I Think the disconnect and the mcb is used as the breaker is in series with the energy bidirectional energy meter,

    If you are running without battery, can you parallel pv input and grid? I mean both grid and solar are feeding the same load...the grid compensates if solar is running low...is it possible?

      Yes this is possible and we can also use 2 electric meter
      1 is for solar and 2nd is for load come into house

    One Of The Best and Excellent Explanation I have ever Come across .Many Thanks !! & Best Wishes !!.Can you Please try to Clarify What is the difference between Sizing for On Grid System and Sizing for Off Grid System & What are the protection trips On Grid System .( The Off Grid System requires full plus spare sizing of KVA/KW Rating then how does the On Grid System Cater the Full load does it need to be Sized for Full load plus Spare ? Can you please try to clarify ?

    Something is missing here , how exactly the system ( devices ) will "chose" from where the electricity will come ? As both sources are connected on same string ( based on this diagram ) ? I assume that from utility pole need to go 1st to Solar inverter and then to the appliance inside home and then when you don't have enough power from the PV it will be "added" from the grid. Correct me if i'm wrong.

      This is old model diagram in new model there is 2 meter are use so nothing is problem.
      Your point is also right which electricity is used solar or utility pole
      But in this system there is depend on load is load is very hight at that time utility pole use and load is low at that time solar energy is go back to meter reading

      Yes in order to combine the power grid with inverter output you will need an Automatic Transfer Switch, not only to determine which type of power to choose, but the grid and the inverter have different sine wave fases, the ATS need to synchronize the fases and then make the switch

    My second question.. I see tht there. Is a bidirection meter installed. If I have a free energy from the solar which go in together with the power from the pole...will the bidirectional meter read all the power supply as additional consumption or what? I am afraid they will charge me additional electricity charges for the solar energy input

      That is depend on meter reader person in bidirectional meter both reading take individual such like energy consumption by us and energy production by solar pannel
      So that is differ in other options we can put 2 meter individual so that we can also real meter reading

    I can understand the rest but on the solar system I m totally blur. I see two of the solar array were connected is 3 series top and bottom ..is it 3 series 2 parrellel... And the wire connected to the DB.. both +- combined to each of the input solar DB respectively on each holes. How do I know which one is positive and negative? Can u really combine +- line and serve as input on each DB INPUT?

    sir can this work well?
    power goes into the inverter then pull the power cable into the mcb on the far right then into the main source a
    Lvd goes to the 48v relay to trigger the relay
    Then the AC inverter goes to the relay via hole no
    Pull the cable from the MCB AC inverter output to the contractor so that the load doesn't pass through the relay then enters it into the ATS source B

    Something looks off at the main circuit breaker. You do not have a way of disconnecting the inverter from the grid. You have 2 circuit breakers connected in line?? Why??

      here we connect at meter side form solar output because for house supply come from RCCB so all appliances run safely

    Where is the change over switch for grid and inverter output interconnection?

      Grid tie systems automatically manage energy flow eliminating the need for change over switches. Any energy above the required load is fed to the grid, that's where the bidirectional energy meter comes to use.

    net metering not require 240 v. it does not matter 120 v or 240 v. plus, inventer 240 v is cost more, no benefit. additional tools as AC PV disconnect box as bridge between inventer AC output and home electrical meter , one DC PV system disconnect box.

    240 vac to neutral. USA 120 vac to neutral. Pretty high volts in your country.

      Yes in india use 240 v ac voltage to neutral

    Where is the protection circuit for line workers when the utility power is out and you are not shoving AC from the solar into the lines that are supposed to NOT have power? If none, then you stand a good chance to electrocute utility workers.

      Here i use bidirectional meter so both reading are there inward and outward
      Also we can use 2 meter in same situation

    WHY YOU DIRECT THE LIVE WIRE OR GRID POWER LINE INTO THE INVERTER ISNT THAT DANGEROUS WITHOUT BREAKER.
