Hotdogs, Horseshoes and Hand Grenades. I run with this, the 'SturmPistole' and usually some sort of random pistol, any with the Luger grip profile is great for hipfire. A real, functional Sturmpistole grenade\flare launcher just sold on GunBroker for $5,500. ☕🐝🇺🇸
My man is using black talon rounds. If you wanna shoot the same rounds for cheaper (but without the black colored coating) try the Ranger/PDX1 self-defense rounds. The essentially are black talon rounds, remarketed and rebranded to appear more for personal defense court instead of a controversial name like black talon. It would kill me to shoot these OG rounds. I don’t know how you could do it.
This is one of my favorite obscure firearms. The dope name, of course using it in games. But when I was working at an indoor range and store, I got to use one. And not a civilian but a real one. I loved it. I only have 2 obscure firearms I want to use but don't know if I ever will. The VSS and Kiparis. I have used the civilian ones or clones. But I want the real deal at least once. Especially the VSS, the sound it makes is tied with the MPS SD. It gives me chills every time.
Great choices! The VSS is a grail gun for me, I don't know if I'll ever get to see one let alone own one, but it'd be amazing to get some shots on one. The Kiparis is super cool, too. I like your taste!
That thing is so fucking sick looking. Loved it ever since I first saw it in the original CoD Black Ops. Idk how I like guns so much yet have never even touched one minus the shotgun I found in my great grandfather’s closet as a small child 😂 It was stamped 1907, wish I knew what happened to it. Bet it was something really interesting
Isn't it cool how these cool designs stick with us over the years! You don't have to touch them to appreciate them greatly! That does sound like it'd be a very interesting shotgun!
Got the pleasure to shoot a buddy's. Jammed on the 15th round. Also what an absolute flex, just loading Black Talons in there like they aint $2/round for "fancy HPs" lmaooo still want one of these because I love stupid guns
Rechamber in 38 super or 5.7, make barrel 3 to 6 inches longer, and a folding stock and you will have a great VIP protection weapon system! Someone please hook that up!
I remember seeing these quite frequently on Gunshow tables as a kid in the early 90’s, always thinking I was going to get one when I got old enough… Yeah, right 😂 unobtanium. Nice vintage box of BTs too. I remember seeing those on Gunshow tables until the libtardians went ballistic 😢
All this cool 80's and 90's stuff really dried up! It's too bad. The Black Talons are such a kind of funny story of media hysteria. All Winchester had to do to defuse it was rename them without the black finish.
Hell yeah. Basically a video game gun came to real life. Very cool in Goldeneye and Black Ops. Plenty of neat cool and interesting SMGs out there. Heard this was a good option for special forces out there that couldn't readily acquire or afford MP5s.
When I'd only seen it in games it felt like the games had come to life! Where did you hear about it's use by special forces groups? I've had a hard time finding any info on it outside of civilian use
@@StayGoldGun Yeah its a somewhat obscure weapon. Basically learned a bit about it from Wikipedia, the Spectre episode from Xbox Ahoy and Ian McCollum of Forgotten Weapons did a couple videos on it. Basically it was used briefly by the Swiss Army and Italian Special Forces. It was also used by the Lebanese military during the Lebanese Civil War and by the Kosovo Liberation Army and National Liberation Army during the Kosovo War. The pistol and semi-auto carbine variants were sold briefly in the U.S. and Europe. It is an item found occasionally on the European Black Market. So its description from the GoldenEye strategy guide about how its favored by terrorists, is somewhat accurate for its status of usage today. Unusual and out of production automatic weapons occasionally do end up arming terrorists after all.
too funny. I have a couple of cases of .45 black talon. given to me by my father in-law. been offered quite a bit for just a box..... also, glad to see it wasn't what you actually fired in the end. they are, for some reason, worth some money
That's an amazing investment you've got there. Because they got so unwarrantedly infamous and were only produced for a short time before rebranding, they've become very collectible
OMG trigger! Pull to the wall, there is no wall, then it creeps, then it takes a walk, then it loosens up a bit, keep pulling, and around the bend, then just when you think something's wrong, Bang.
Ha ha. It's pretty wild. After some practice, I got used to just the physical spot it breaks. It would have been so nice if they'd added a second stage wall or something.
Unfortunately none of these were imported before the 1986 ban on new machine guns. Sadly we're all likely going to see a lot fewer full auto's on youtube due to their recent policy changes
I always liked the sound when you charged the charging handle of this gun in BO1. For an all, stamped sheet metal gun, the Italians did a fine job with this one. Because of that, however, I assume it gets really hot to the touch after sustaining fire or being left out in the sunlight.
They did do a great job! It doesn't get that hot from firing, the barrel shroud really helps with that. From the sun, I'm not sure how bad it'd get, at least the fire control and grip are polymer so that'd stay cooler
I own a 40S&W variants. Unfortunately its getting new machined parts cause the hammer catch bolt broke and the rear plate latch snapped same day. Cant wait to take her home though.
Only Italians could make a magazine go from four stack all the way down to single feed and think that it's a good idea. I'm honestly surprised that it runs as well as it does but I guess that's what you get when you have decent engineering and plenty of testing
Ha ha! That's great! I don't judge you, however you come to know the Spectre is cool in my book. I play Pokémon Go, we all have our dark secrets. Ha ha.
They haven''t been produced in over 20 years, but they were never banned. Due to the false bad publicity they got, Winchester rebranded them as the Ranger SXT and removed the black lubalox coating, which was just to protect barrel life but got a lot of stories made up about it.
It's a fun one! The rear sight is just a plastic tab, basically the front sight, I think looks cool. It has a top folding stock that's really slick, but they're super rare.

had a chance to buy One for $275 in 2001. Went milled AK but instead but Dang It!
That was a good deal! Milled AK is another great choice!
WHY would you waste that limited, discontinued black talon ammo that is worth a fortune?
I didn't, I just used it to demonstrate loading. I used Blaser Brass in the scenes where I fired it.
Anyone who played Syphon Filter (Bend Studio) will recognize this as well.
Definitely! This isn't in that many games, but it's in some cool ones
And now I want to play N64 Goldeneye. That's still probably the closest a lot of us ever got to that weapon.
I want to play it again, too!

☕🐝🇺🇸
That game has every cool firearm, it seems. That's amazing about that launcher!
Don't worry, no black talons were harmed in the filming of this video. Thanks for the ammo suggestion, though!
U remember when unlocking this bihh ment something back on MMO FPS (I.E. CombatArms/A.V.A/GunzTheDuel/CS
I don't, but that sounds really cool
"NOT THE DEADLY BLACK TALON"😂😂😂😂 you'll shoot your eye out 😂😂😂😂
Ha ha! The reputation these got was so silly!
Ha ha! I love it. I agree sometimes the odd designs are the most desirable! I didn't fire the Black Talons, I'm not trying to flex that hard.
Rechamber in 38 super or 5.7, make barrel 3 to 6 inches longer, and a folding stock and you will have a great VIP protection weapon system!
Someone please hook that up!
I was designed with a folding stock, they're just rare in the US. B&T remade this, but kept it in 9mm
That's true! Thanks for the great comment! Ian does some excellent videos with info you can't find anywhere else
Aaaawwwww I was expecting full auto!!!!??? 😫😭🔫 that gun was disappointing!
Unfortunately none of these were imported before the 1986 ban on new machine guns. Sadly we're all likely going to see a lot fewer full auto's on youtube due to their recent policy changes
Actually such a cool gun
I love Italian designs. They often have so much style on top of functioning well
Oh yeah black talons for target practice..it's not like they stopped making those years ago and not like you can't just get target rounds 🤦♂️
Don't worry the Black Talon’s are safe to be loaded in another magazine in a future video
I didn't even realize for years that the Phantom from Goldeneye was the Spectre. I used to think it was a weird looking H&K gun.
I didn't know it was a real thing for a long time!
That's awesome! That's a rarer variant! That scares me a little, though, because I love firing this, but I don't want to replace any parts
This firearm is gorgeous but I could finish the whole LOTR franchise with breaks before the trigger's action is done.
Ha ha! They added that double action pull as an added safety measure after decocking. The single action pull isn't bad
Love it! For all who don't know, quad stack 50 round mag!!!! Unique bad assery.😁👍🇦🇺
Thanks so much for watching and the great comment!
Could've been a good submachine gun, pretty lousy as a pistol, practically speaking.
Yeah for sure. It's definitely not something to get for practicality
Only Italians could make a magazine go from four stack all the way down to single feed and think that it's a good idea. I'm honestly surprised that it runs as well as it does but I guess that's what you get when you have decent engineering and plenty of testing
It's a pretty incredible design!
I admit it, I know the M4 Spectre by Girls Frontline.
I deserve your biggest insults
Ha ha! That's great! I don't judge you, however you come to know the Spectre is cool in my book. I play Pokémon Go, we all have our dark secrets. Ha ha.
,,It sure has a very looooong barrel. Just like my college roommate'' Doctor Edward Richtofen
You guys were old college buddies before Black Ops?
I thought those bullets were outlawed and not produced anymore 😮
They haven''t been produced in over 20 years, but they were never banned. Due to the false bad publicity they got, Winchester rebranded them as the Ranger SXT and removed the black lubalox coating, which was just to protect barrel life but got a lot of stories made up about it.
Remeber playing this game called project blackout/point blank as a kid and using this gun looked like a boxy staple gun
Right on, I didn't know it was in that game! It's not in that many
Where in God's name did you find a box of Black Talons?! They haven't been available since the mid 90s!!
I got them about 15 years ago. You don't see them too often anymore!
Pretty sweet gat. Lots going for it. 🇬🇧👍
Edit: sights look a bit 'Meccano parts' to me. What are the stock options other than a sling?
It's a fun one! The rear sight is just a plastic tab, basically the front sight, I think looks cool. It has a top folding stock that's really slick, but they're super rare.
Underrated in Black Ops
It's cool they included it
Who are bro's opps 💀💀
Ha ha. I'm trying to be like Switzerland, well armed and neutral.
Weird question... Are those quad to single stack mags really as easy to load as you make it look? Especially the last few rounds?
They're easy to loaf until the last 5 or 6, then it gets tough. Often, I just leave it at 47-48
You didn't shoot those black talons.... If you did... Straight to jail!!!
Ha ha, don't worry, they're safe to be loaded in another magazine on camera
