In a small club in Peru I once listened to an amateur band playing some great stuff and I was looking for something similar. I just typed in "psychedelic reggea" to take a chance and here I found exactly what I was looking for.
I am one of the oldest Reggae fans you can imagen... I saw live Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Steel Pulse, Black Uhuru, UB40, Linton Quesi Johnson and many Roots Reggae artists more... This one here is REALLY nice stuff, even if it doesn´t come from these 1. epoche!
i was lucky enough to have seen these guys play in clubs in the 1980s deptford dole house was a favorite of mine to get totaly spaced out and tons off festivals, i was the girl who was always in the front and loved every minute, boy havent times changed, it makes me sad to hear them because it brings back so many great memories as the man i was with for 28 yrs died in 2012 we were MICK AND RACHEL FROM CATFORD and mick was a ducker and diver most heads will know what i mean by that / he would come with the equipment if you know what i mean to have a great night hahahah, so glad they are still going they have a place in my heart for many a brillinat night hearing them play and dancing my feet off/// 2022 todays youngins dont know what they missed xx to all who were there/
the crypt under st pauls church deptford was the venue for loads of winter gigs in the mid 80's , little pick me ups before the summer free festivals , happy daze
My mate Andy took me to a gig at the Caribbean club (long since shut down) in Ipswich some time in the late '80s to see some band I'd never heard of. That band was, yes you guessed it, Ozric Tentacles and I have been a fan ever since. I was a long haired hippy in my 20s back then. I'm now a short haired hippy in my 50s. It amazes me that I've lasted this long.🤯🧙♂️✌

I think that they are great without lyrics. That's one of my most important reasons why I love listening to Ozric Tentacles music. Lyrics make me think what someone else wants me to, but pure music allows my mind to go wherever it needs to go. To each his own pleasure though. I'm sure that some lyrics are worth hearing.
if you love your music that much, just consider spending few bucks monthly for the premium version. i am from a time when listening to new music was driving to the record store every saturday. so, no brainer for me! ahah!
Trying to sleep last night and stumbled upon some 888hz sleep music that promised to give me 8 hours of REM sleep, it only succeeded in keeping me awake and doing my nut in. So went for Ozrics in 432hz and had a beauty of a sleep.
