these are good tips. I was told by another composer to try Lion's Mane Mushroom extract, and make sure to be having Omega's oil. so Flax Oil i take in the morning and some lion's mane. He also said practice not eating for a couple hours after waking up and try to work on projects during that time with a herbal tea, they suggest Yerba Tea so i was doing this and was really helping. I need to get more of this tea and the lion's mane.

I am also in the Industry since 10 years now and only recently 2 years ago I started therapy and finally can work on music without overthinking, feeling overhelmed and ditching every project I start. My A&Rs called me lazy and compared me to a lot of other people which made my anxiety and depression worse, beause they dont understand what was going on. Shit sucks. But its going up now!!
