Whenever they have weather warning the community take the water pipes away from the bridge, so that they don't have to spend more money to replace the water pipes . When the bridge is cleared the community will reconnect the pipes .

It's quite obvious that the Jamaican authorities know nothing about a clean up because all of that debris should be put in trucks and be brought to a dump sites and not be returned to the river 😢😢😢

The authorities blocked the road with the tires to prevent traffic, and they chopped trees and moved the tires, just to get up to the bridge so they can film and post on TH-cam, ignoring the authorities. Ain’t that Jamaica?🇯🇲🇺🇸😖
