I've always lived close to my parents (Brother & Sister live out of state). We all have our moments with our parents. As they get older & their health declines, everything changes. My mom passed in her sleep. I took care of my dad for about 7 years until his health turned for the worse & he had to go to a nursing home. My sister was here at least every 4 months. I miss them both a lot, I always wish I did more for them even though they were independent. 😢
