Do you know why the USCIS has stopped updating their processing times for K1 visas? It halts the date for being able to inquire or ask for expedites. The last update was in October for the California center. Even on their TH-cam videos they keep quoting October numbers
Been waiting 13 months at NVC. So terrible the wait. Sometimes I wonder did they lose it?
Thanks for the information but some of us who have not traveled to the United States of America before how do we get such opportunity. 23rd March 2022 will be 2yrs of my priority date and was documentarily qualified 8th July 2020. Still mine case is still at NVC. Any advise
I filled my K1 visa May 2020…. then it was approved by USCIS last February 2021… its 2022 already I haven’t received anything from NVC. Do u have an idea how long do we have to wait for the welcome letter or email from NVC. This is frustrating already. Thanks n all d best.
Hello there! First off, thank you for the informative video. I've found myself in a situation strikingly similar to this and have some questions regarding it. Back in 2013, I secured a tourist visa and ventured to the U.S. Upon my return, my sister, a U.S. citizen, initiated my family-based immigration process. As my immigration journey progressed (currently at NVC), I made another trip to the U.S. in 2018 before my visa expired. Luckily, in 2019, I obtained a new visitor visa and embarked on two more trips. Then, I tied the knot with a U.S. citizen who successfully petitioned for my family-based immigration (recently approved), leading to three more visits on my visitor visa. Summing it up, I've had the pleasure of visiting the U.S. six times over the past decade without ever overstaying, I’ve also never been denied a U.S. visa or never been denied at the port of entry. With my visa set to expire in about a month, I'm eager to renew it via the interview waiver process in Pakistan. Currently pursuing my studies, I anticipate graduating in 2025 as a medical doctor. What do you reckon are my odds of securing the visa? Additionally, for my last two visas, I listed my sister as my contact in the U.S. and that I’ll be staying with her on the DS-160 form. This time around, should I update it to reflect my husband? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

Hi Ms.Megan its very helpful for us,thank you for the info.and i want to ask only one thing Ms.Megan ,how about an invitation letter that was send to me before we apply for spousal vusa that was during pandemic when my American spouse send me an invitation letter but i m not using it till now..can i used it whike waiting for my SPOUSAL vusa approved?

How about temporary travel.permit! Am I.able to apply that permit I have a.pending I-130 pendiing petition and my petition status now is wsiting for the greencard interview that's since sept.of 2020 and I just got my another 2.years of my EAD and I am from Philippines.
I am not so sure about this… my fiancé who lives in Norway was given an ESTA in March of 2020 it expires February 1st of this year, we are currently going through the K1 Fiance visa process and he was trying to come here for 3 weeks so we could fill out some forms together and just see each other since we haven’t gotten to since March of 2020, well when he went on the ESTA website to get another since it is expiring on February 1st it was denied, we called the ESTA helpline and we were told it was denied because we are in the process of going through the K1 visa process. Needless to say we now have to just wait even longer now till our K1 is approved.

@@Patrice87 no, we are still waiting on the K1 Fiance visa to process. We called everyone to try and get the ESTA and we were told no the only way is through a visa.

Hello, I’m US citizen and the I-130 petition of 10 year old child was approved last December. Is it possible to get B1/B2 for her so will just do the Adjustment of status here in the US? thanks for your answer.

This really is not true, because I had my husband in the state , as a citizen,which is a strong evidence, I am a nurse in my home county, I have given expedited and it went through, I am under a petition and waiting for USCIS approval, are these not enough reasons to approve my b2 visa while I visit my husband ? And having a document from my work place indicating I am on leave, how do you find an evidence that , I am not returning if you don't check my documents ? Why say I am ineligible ? This not does not confirm to what you say, cause I had everything showing I was just going for a visit yet was refused. My husband had a .medical issue and was going for a procedure,the more reason i was going there ,cause he was recovering from a toe surgery yet this consular still refused me still saying I am ineligible! So what is it about ? I have my i130 and i129 all filed up

The k-1 wait times are now 18 months. Lol 😞 I'm currently waiting on it myself. We applied for a tourist visa for her to come,. If she passes her embassy interview km going to have her bring all her information with her when she comes also I plan on making a letter for her to bring on her flight sincr she doesn't speak English and of the port of entry officer doesn't understand, she can give.them that which will explain she has a round trip ticket and must return to her home country for a k-1 visa interview which she is required to do in her own country

Hi...Am from India. Is there any way to bring back my wife who went on deputation to US abducting my 2 kids without informing me & without my consent. We were living separately and few family case are pending in Indian court. I have also court order visiting rights to see my kids.

My son wanted to petition us as parents. I am currently here in the philippines and wanted to be petitioned from here than being petitioned while in the US. My question is which is faster in terms processing, being petitioned while we are Philippines or whilst in the US? Note that we are a holder tourist visa. Thank you.

my brother filled I-130 in December 2023 And got approved and received a letter asking me to fill up I-485 . My Esta is still valid And I'm back in London now And now i want to come back to US And filed my I-485 and go nack to uk and wait there .. come back when i was needed
