Made these last night! Absolutely gorgeous… mine came out a bit of a mixed bunch (some were too hard and crunchy but that’s my fault for leaving them in slightly too long and not preheating the oven for long enough) and my hand slipped when adding the cinnamon and then I remembered what you said about not overpowering the chocolate 😅 but they are still delicious and have gone down brilliantly with a cup of coffee this morning. Thank you ❤
Hello! I like cakey and thick cookies, i don't like then cookies melt in the oven and spread on a baking sheet. Should I add 300g plain flour instead of 200 for those reasons?
Hello! If you like them cakey, I'd add 1/2 a tsp of baking powder in place of 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda. I'd increase the flour but maybe only by 50g rather than 100g. Finally, I'd chill them for AT LEAST 8 hours!
