Hi there! Great video. Any idea why my truck started vibrating like crazy when I turn right after I had this repair done? It never did that before, but I just drove home from the shop, and every time I turned right, the whole truck and steering wheel shakes like crazy. I'm trying to be informed before I call the shop to ask about it.
1:53 to 2:13 he removed the serpentine belt by rotating the tensioner. At 2:14 his arm occludes the view of pliers on the fan clutch but note that the belt is back in place. That’s how he has enough tension to hold the water pump pulley in place and to break it loose.
Pretty obvious that this is for the 6 cylinder, not the 2.3 L 4 cylinder. You should say so in the title. The 4 uses a different clutch and is a lot easier to replace.
