For people commenting on wanting to see this blower in deep wet snow, I can tell you it works like a charm. Thats what lead me to buy mine. A neighbor 3 doors down from me has one and about 3 years ago we got about 12”. The end of his driveway was almost 3ft because of the plow. I walked down to ask him about the Ego blower and asked if I could see how well it does the end of the driveway. I was blown away how easy it went through the deep wet snow. Now mind you, where we live in Pa that’s about the highest the end of a driveway will get. I could see this snowblower struggling if you lived in an area like Buffalo New York. But for our area this blower is perfect. Needless to say I went out 2 days later and bought mine.
Haha I live outside of Buffalo on the northend of the snowbelt. Ive been using a big Ol Ariens for years but I think its time to go electric and see how it goes.
I just went out and checked it for you and the answer is no you cannot. You can change between the three forward speeds with the left handle engaged but you do have to release it to switch it into reverse.
That’s great thank you for checking. The Honda hydrostatic drive works great, full speed forward into full speed reverse or anything in between. Guess that’s why it’s so expensive, regret selling it now. Thanks again

I’ve been waiting for this video since I saw the unboxing. Glad you got to use it this winter
Me too! Hope you enjoyed the video.
Thanks for showing it in action!
No problem!
I wanna see that go through some super deep snow
Me too! If we get some, I will definitely put it to the test! Nothing but rain last few days 🤦♂️
Thing looks amazing
It is a beast!
This thing looks sick
It is!
Can you change from forward to reverse without removing your left hand? Like the Honda I had….😡
I don't think I tried that. I will go out tomorrow and test that for you and let you know.
That would be great thanks!
