Great to see this video in 1988 to 92 living in Orlando Florida I had a 1923 t bucket with a 289 board out to a 302 with two four barrels sitting on a Weind high-rise manifold. I had the real antique headlights all brass with the brass radiator Harley-Davidson motorcycle tires and chrome in the front on the rear with 31-15/15 slicks and out the back were stainless steel wheelie. bars custom buckets inside and it was all black. If I figure how to send some pics I could do that I love that car but moving from Orlando back to New Jersey I didn't think I would be using it that much with the kind of weather we have up there so I sold it to someone living near lake Okeechobee.. I sure wish I could get it back.
With No Doubt in my mind. That is the BEST 'T' I have ever or even envisioned. Seriously well done. 1,800 HP Of the charts. Gotta be a wee bit of a handful when you get on it.
This hot rod is absolutely stunning! I know it's built mainly for show but i'm guessing it would do 0-60 in about 1 second and theoretical top speed would be over 200.
I recently came across a video of someone that had a T-bucket that had steering go out at 70 mph. They didn't wreck but the problem was the splines in steering box had stripped. Too much pressure put on the splines because column had no upper support. I notice this car doesn't have support either. Any problems there?
I'm gathering parts to build a 1915 Ford Model T Bucket of my own. Quad Blown 632 Big Block Chevys, Altered Everywhere, High Set, Straight Axle, Leaf and Coil Spring with Shocks, 10 wheel 8in the rear 2 in front 5 Parachutes, front and Rear disk brakes, Chopped and Channeled, Unchopped Pickup Bed with a Moontank that'll be Gasser Style
I am building a 29 mmodel a. I live in lancaster ,ca, It was a 29 Murray sedan but the wood was so,bad could not afford to use the whole body. So I cut it up and not sure what parts I am going to use, at this time . I need front brakes hubs and drums for 39 backing plates . Or no front brales. i have some modela stuff for sale so I can buy parts I need.
Awesome car. The engine sounds kinda weird. Sounded more like a rock concert than a supercharged massive block. Oh well...maybe someone else who appreciates the crackly sound of a huge engine will make a video of this car. Otherwise, fantastic.
@@thegaragefathers496 So, all that power and it’s going to waste? That seems a real shame. It looks stunning but instead of show and go, it must be show only. Couldn’t it at least be made safe enough for a sub 3 second blast to 60?
No way that is driven on the street much. Trailered to a place close to the event and then driven that short distance. Like probably a mile or two. And not much over 40 miles per hour. That would be kinda safe Anyway with all of that said, very nice build.
To me, this is one of the most quintessential hot rods and holy jeebus 1800 hp !!

Exquisite craftsmanship on this T - Bucket. It's not only good looking, it looks very drive able.
Yes Gary it truly is the best of both of those worlds!
This is a beautiful work of art!
Was always a dream to own a T bucket made a AMC model when I was 10. What a dream car! Thanks for sharing
Wow what a blast from the past. Thanks
AWSOME job on the build !!
That is a bad ass little hot rod. I remember seeing that car at one of the first Good Guys events that they had in Merced CA.
So nice to hear you enjoying the memories ❤

Really nicely done T-Bucket. Lots of excellent details. And that engine! Wowzers.
That’s a lot of engine in that little t bucket 👍🏻💪🏻
What an amazing man! And to have built this powerful T-bucket that looks bad ass!

The problem when you wait 20 years for drive !
Thank you for this video.
That is my own story .
You know you're addicted, when you build yours , might wanna make sure it has doors that open
Big block, big blower and some big, wide slots on the back.
Badass T right there!!!! Nice
very nice t!!😎
So cool!
Holy crap! What a monster. Rat Fink approved!
Very cool
Wish you turn off that damn music and let that Donavan sing. But it’s cool though.

So cool now you have a better picture for your album.
I'm trying to reach him to ask what master cylinder he used how was the brakes plumbed
badass bucket
❤I am going through a process that is a little bit complicated
Tell me you took pictures to replace the old warn out ones
Sweet car. Kill the music in the video. We want to hear the car!

That's an engine test stand that you can drive a short distance. Nice work if you like trailering every where you go.
Where did the zombies come from and are they a 3” diameter?
Be nicer without the music 😂

620 or 630 ci. In. ??
1800 hp with out the nitrous ??
Should have lost the music when the car was running...
Mickey thompson pro sportsman are Diagonals ???
the intro is waaaaaaaay too long
No front brakes 😮😮
No front brakes 😮?
And, no seat belts either. I didn't see any emergency brake. A real suicide machine.
Very pretty, but it looks like 0 to dead in 3 seconds.
That is exactly what it is and the reason for the short play time.

I love you. ❤️
I am not sure what you mean by this is a good life. ❤️
Come on Powerball. :)

Anyway with all of that said, very nice build.
Had to blast music because the engine sounded terrible and misfiring. That's my assumption for blasting stupid music
Sharp car but with no front brakes, No way I would drive it, it’s basically all show . Regardless it’s a show stopper..
I’m disappointed. I wanted to see you try and get out of the car. 😂😂😂
Camera person,...the idea is to film the car, not the driver and interviewer for ten minutes!
Nice kit car y. Do you call it a 1918
