Hey, just thought I'd drop a comment on it, gen six wild baby pokemon are guaranteed three perfect IVs in any stat

i have a riolu from 2018 in Y that i randomly ran into and was shocked to find that out. what a weird mechanic!

Basically, in the gen 6 Pokemon games, all baby Pokemon encountered in the wild have 3 guaranteed perfect IVs compared to other Pokemon games, in which this is not applied.

i hope we're able to hunt legendaries in scarlet and violet, i don't want them to rip that away from us now. i'm at the end of my dynamax adventures hunting, and only have terrakkion and registeel left, plus everything from gen 8. i wanna be able to hunt the last couple there.
Yeah I hope they do to and have the same concept of max raid adventures but instead of having dynamax and gigantmax Pokémon they have tera Pokémon

i grew up if usum and i have always wanted to shiny hunt, completing the pokedex is pain and the only full odds shiny i have EVER gotten was a yungoos, so you make it look easy and i need help :(
also this was a very enjoyable watch
There are many different ways to shiny hunt in usum, I recommend checking out some tutorials. Ultra wormholes, SOS chaining and mesuda methods are probably your best bet. When you shiny hunt you are mainly relying on luck so it will take time

No the shiny odds are not that. The updated shiny odds I found was 1/820 base odds and with shiny charm it’s 1/586 ✨
