Nice! Studer 962 user here. *ggg* The master limiter/compressor is quite useful too when used in a subtle way (especially when using the meter-bridge with the "gain reduction"-meters). And I use the mono-button quite often to see If my mix is not too out of phase.
@@Stazma that would be awesome theres one on reverb at the moment for sale am looking at - what are the price ranges for these and does yours have the meters?

baaaahhhh i was waiting around for this just as it was premiering i went smoked a joint and forgot hahahaha...catching up now
what is (are) most characteristic sounds of Studer compared with other manufacturers’ mixers?
I’d say a very clean sound with a lot of gain, and very smooth eqs.
hey there - thanks for this great demo - Can you do another one with more features of the desk such as the onboard compressor etc
I’ve had this in mind for a while, will try that when I can find some time ;-)

Mine was 2500 without the meter wich was quite low compared to what I usualy see. The average is 4000/5000 with the meters@@form193
cool thanks @@Stazma

Nice, did you ever got your hands on a 169 from Studer?
No I never got thechance to try one, but I know someone who worked with both and still have the 169. It seems they are less precise but more warm.
