Im wondering about the Armor pieces tho...why Commander pieces instead of cele?
With cele+marauder i would get much better Stats
Because of the higher power + precision. This build doesn't stack a lot of might, so going too much into hybrid / cele hurts your damage (especially against someone with good cleanse, then the conditions can't make up for it). Cele can give you more crit damage, but if you crit less and with a lower base power, it's not worth it imo.
