One of the best farming channels out there good work Gerry
Niall Fearon thanks Niall 👍
To all the people commenting that gerry6420 has one of the best farming channels.I THINK YOU'LL FIND ITS THE BEST.ABSOLUTELY NO COMPARISON WITH ANY OTHER.
Nice video Gerry. Loved the drone footage too, even though I still enjoy watching you drive that tractor. 😉👍 still no rain in Phoenix, 110' today.
I'd almost say getting the hay in this year has been easy. As you said, I'm usually baling in front of a rain cloud! Thanks for the tedder up date, im definitely interested in seeing how you get on with it as i'm still running a hay Bob.
Great vid Gerry hay looking good glad the tedder working well
Looks a great machine.
I tedding for stud farm last 7 days the holes from the horses digging were huge you should get onto ESB about field there good to sort problems
Make a video of drawing your silage bales this year
I'm still working with the hay Bob, would you get hay much quicker with your new tedder??
We don't have much space but we are goin to keep the hay because the second cut silage is looking scarce
Connor Coleman we’re point 200 bales of hay in for the same reason.
Hi Gerry
How are you getting on with the malone? How many seasons you had it?
THE HAY TEAM TV getting on well with it. Very Happy with it so far. We have it since 2018. So it’s done 2 seasons. Strong well built machine. Dose a good job on tedding grass, good feature on it for managing the headlands to help stop grass tedding on to the ditch. I should have got a 6 rotor in hindsight but that fact that that’s my only complaint isn’t too bad.
gerry6420 is 6 star the biggest they do at the moment? I’ve seen that feature it’s similar to the krone. I saw that they have gone for the same Tedder times as the lely used to have, how are you getting on with them?
THE HAY TEAM TV I think 6 is the biggest they do. Yea they have a hook Tyne. It pulls lumps apart well for drying. Never broke a Tyne either. I bent a couple on rough ground but nothing that couldn’t be pulled back into place. A six reel machine probably isn’t big enough for you guys which is a pity because any of this kind of equipment built here in Ireland is built for heavy wet crops of grass as we get a lot more rain than what most of everybody else gets so our equipment is build stronger then a lot of other manufacturers stuff in most cases.
Buon Lavoro Gerry!
How long would it usually take to do all the things with the hay and Bale
Love your videos I watch all of your videos
kyle fox thanks Kyle.... you first comment almost every time 👌👍
gerry6420 yes but the last couple of videos ive been busy out in the garden while we have the nice weather
Great videos Gerry, What are u going to do to try and keep grass in front of the cows and calves, with no rain forecast ??
Gerry whay did dint u go with a 30ft tedder when u were going to buy new we run a lely loutous 30ft and its a gret job
longford lad should have probably went for 6 reel..... I’ll maybe change in a season or 2 if I want more output
tines do not break on these tedders like a haybob .....can loose the add tyre ....
Looking in good order now Gerry!
Curious...how you switched the tedder off the 2850? More comfort in the 64?
Bambinohead1 more or less. The aircon leaves the job bit easier. Plus this lands a 20 min drive in the 64 to this land So its a bit faster in it then the 2850 too.
A very good. Does the 2850 have a 40k box?
Hi nice video good work
Gerry...have you ever used a kuhn heybob360 tedder?
Is that the haybob that you can have the two reels spinning the same way and she'll row it out to the side?
Jarid Woodgate can’t say I have even seen one.... I’ll have to google
Thats the one.
when's the last time you mind getting hay saved so easily?
pearse mcaleese 2006 was easy to save.... was plenty good weather
@@gerry6420 last year😄
Conor Brannigan this video was last year 😂👍
shes mint the 64 for 04
altinator over charging will boil the battery ......not good for battery .....have the teeshirt.....
George Doorley its not 1/4 of a volt over charging...... I was keeping an eye on the battery and it never over heated. The electric system on the deere is very sensitive to be picking up the issue so early. Suppose it’s better that way
