- Introducing Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo, an interactive alarm clock that’s out of the ordinary! Alarmo responds to your body’s movement with game sounds, so you can feel like you’re waking up in the game world itself. Set an alarm inspired by five Nintendo games, with more alarms on the way as free updates as they become available.

That's gonna be such a missed opportunity if they don't have that as an option lol.
Alarm sounds tend to be perceived as unpleasant as they accumulate through repeated exposure. If iconic Nintendo game sounds are repeatedly used as alarm tones, it could negatively affect the gaming experience.
Let them figure it out 😏
To be fair that applies to most sounds and most songs.
Wether you listen for 10 hours straight or one hour over a year for 10 years, it gets less and less joyful until you hate it.
However a multitude of Nintendo songs, most famously the stuff made by Koji Kondo, were made and proven to be able to listen to for long periods of time without getting annoying.
Everything still has a limit but I'm confident that for the average person there will be at least one song per game that they won't grow to hate through regular use; assuming whoever curated the song choice had the brains for the job.
Playing Mario Kart and getting Mario Karted is already an overwhelming negative gaming experience, so I'd say this still tame.

Dude, EVERY song I've used as an alarm gives me just a tad anxiety when I hear it now. I've learned my lesson, for sure, and it could be a real problem, at least for people who are prone to anxiety when being woken up.

This seems like a great way for people to start absolutely hating the OSTs.
It's true. 🤷♂️ Never pick a song or sound you _like_ as your alarm.
I made the mistake of setting the Kirby Hyper Candy theme as my alarm for everything. I the first three notes never fail to fill me with rage.
This is a great way to condition people into getting annoyed at playing video games
I found It's fine if it randomizes the songs.
Not that this looks like this does.
I still get jump scared from "wake up, get up, get out there" from Persona 5, when I had that as my sole song.
I used to love the theme that plays when you boot up Paper Mario Color Splash (the only good thing to come from that game) but after using it as an alarm and not being a morning person that tune fills me with dread

I've already seen the Nintendo Switch 2 graphics. The Nintendo Switch 2 would be able to handle gta6. I don't know if you guys will get to see it, but it is powerful. I'm not sure why God gave me a dream of that. I'm really looking forward to the rapture more than anything. Just know the graphics were clear and it ran very smoothly. The way the game ran. It looked close to an xbox series x graphics and playstation 5. If we're still here, nintendo fans won't be disappointed.

Nintendo probably placed a camera there, the clock detects opening an emulator inside home and explodes immediately
lmaoo wouldn't surprise me at all. nintendo collecting data on sleep movements and sleep schedules so they know when to send their ninjas.
I checked, they confirm it's not an actual camera. There are other ways to detect movement that use stuff like detecting rapid changes in infrared emission or bouncing microwaves off things and measuring how long they take to return (these are safe, your wifi uses microwaves). My guess is that because your body probably isn't moving too far IR rapid changes might not work unless the sensor is very sensitive, so they probably use microwaves? Ultrasound is possible too but it might upset pets.
