Shouldn't this issue be handed to the appropriate Investigators? Why is Darleen being treated differently? If she has been exploiting migrant workers or any workers this should be a Police investigation? Like the chap in Hawkes Bay?
How is it that a list MP who is kicked out of a party that gave her the position of MP can stay on as an independent MP? If she is no longer on the list, she cannot be a list MP. It's simple. The public never voted her in as an independent MP. If she is kicked out then a replacement green list member should take her place.
