Mustafa takes an action to save his father despite everything. However, Suleiman suspects that Mustafa has a finger in the assassination. Princess of Poland Anna comes to the palace. Piri Reis decides to attack on Hürrem. Someone important for Hürrem dies during the attack. Mustafa and Bayezid makes an agreement to govern together. Hürrem learns this and takes Selim's side. Suleiman suffers the illness in front of the whole army!
Everyone around Mustafa tries to convince him to walk towards the throne. However, Mustafa sets off to save his father. Mustafa barely makes it on time but Suleiman gets suspicious because Mustafa has known about the assassination.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

The way in which this attack was literally a massacre in order to target one woman. How many more innocent people died.
Afife never took side her loyalty was to the otteman empier and it’s sultan also she was a wise woman who dispised the intriges and did her best to awoyd and stop it as she saw fit,as for Hurrem I think her mellowing getting wiser and sick of the fights and intriges just like Mahidevran at the end is a point I rather like as it shows a bit of their human side

Hurrem sultan and afife didnt start on good terms but afife realized that shes good and ever since then she never left her side. Goodbye afife.
Not gonna lie. Suleiman and sometimes Hürrem rambling a bunch of poetry when someone they know dies honestly gets kinda annoying.
From what I can tell, it's very much a reflection of, "This is how it was done back then," but I can understand the tedious quality of it at times.
It is poetry written by the real Suleiman under the name of mutabi
