This video is limiting its audience by focusing only on Africa. In reality, almost every bit of advice on this video applies to ALL foreign travel. I'd recommend that all new international travelers watch this video, not just those going to Africa.
    Great video.

Lol. That Uber thing will happen a lot in certain places. Some wicked drivers will even make fake complaints against you, that you get emails about from Uber. NEVER leave a credit card attached to your Uber account while visiting. Always cash. Enjoy your time. It's a beautiful country with beautiful people!

This is awesome reminders for travel to any foreign country. South America is very dicey if you are country hopping, road tripping, lots of patience if traveling or relocation. Its important to enjoy and appreciate what is in front of your face at the moment.

Most of Africa is feudal and the tribal chiefs controlled most of the land... Africa produces 0.05 of one percent of the world finished goods and most of the people are very poor. A small elite runs the governments in Africa and they are the undeveloped super rich in Africa. When the members of the elite get sick, they will fly off to Europe or the US for medical treatment. When members of the masses try to organize opposition to their behavior, that will be imprisoned or even worse, killed. In many places in Africa, one will not be given special treatment because of one color. In Kenya recently, a group of blacks were denied services in a restaurant, because the owner thought they were African.

Thanks for sharing. Your assessment is one sided and missing the foundation of the problem. Who controls the leaders who do all of these things? The colonial master still calls the shots. What military does any country in Africa have you stand on its own? Which African country controls its own currency outside of the world bank and imf? It’s much much deeper than africa production. If you have a global system in place that robs your resources because you don’t have the ability to defend yourself, this is the result. Who is doing this? The people with the guns and bombs. Whoever supplies your guns and bombs is your master.

And Africans was still enslaved or colonized when African Americans was already free'd. So no struggle is more important then the other.
