Anyone who says Song of The South is trash has not realized that the movie was back in the 1940s and have not watched the movies. Country and bluegrass are one of my two favorite genres.
I just love how the violins get so dramatic during the Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear line. Both tracks fit together rather well. Disneyland's uses much more bass and includes a flute in the ensemble. The harmonica is absent from this version, but it does have its own audio track on the ride while WDW uses it heavily in addition to fiddles (violins).
Love these saving all three mashups and merging as mp3 great tribute to both US Splash Mountains as we lose them both this upcoming end of May for good 😞
Lol it sounds tacky but it’s very easy to fall into the pit of re-listening to it over and over again. I felt like uploading it in case anyone was curious how it would sound to have both versions merged together
I sure hope Disney kept the sound files for this ride. Sure people are saying the animatronics are impressive on Tiana’s, but imagine how awesome the animatronics will be when they bring this attraction back WHEN (not if, because we all know the new ride sucks) Tiana’s fails!!
Disney bring back splash mountain at Florida For get the new ride everyday like splash mountain so Disney you need to bring back splash mountain i never got a chance to go on splash mountain and you took it a way from me and everyone cancel the new ride cancel construction, turn on the water and just open it back up
I wish that were the case. Trust me, I'd love to go to Florida and ride the Disney World version, but I never got the chance to, especially with how expensive Disney has gotten over the damn years. I grew up with the Disneyland version, and I definitely prefer Disney World over Disneyland for Splash Mountain. However, I'd personally change the Disneyland version because it's theming makes more sense. However in Disney World, Splash Mountain was in Frontierland, and having Tiana's Bayou Adventure does not make as much sense in Frontierland besides the fact that it was from Louisiana in the 20s. Not to mention the greenery doesn't complement well with the land.
I noticed how most people from California prefer the Disneyland version. I am a natural born Californian and I prefer the Disney world version and besides that I went to Disney world as a 7 year old while I went to Disneyland as a 19 year old!
