Hot Wheels Acceleracers Unused/Test Animations

- Most of these aren't well known : ) Basically for context, some of the Ignition footage was only found in a trailer that may have been included in one of the Hyperpod DVDs. A couple of seconds of footage is only found in the DVD Ignition trailer, while the other part is from Clash on the Coast (also a Hyperpod DVD). The Junk Realm footage is not seen anywhere else, not in DVD releases or TV broadcasts to my knowledge. The test animation was most likely made during the concept phase of Acceleracers. The final clip is a recap of Ignition in the TV broadcast of Speed of Silence.

I like the extension of Nolo and Tork's street race, would have loved to see more real-world racing considering the Teku and Metal Maniacs did more than just race for Tezla
Funny enough during the premiere of ignition on cartoon network it was included but taken it of subsequent releases. There are some deleted scenes in ultimate race too.
Acceleracers: The Prequel, telling with more details the story and street races of both Teku and Metal Maniacs.

There were a few segments that looked like real city streets with real looking concrete. Honestly am digging that style and would have loved to have seen it as a place for them to race. Liked the visual fx of the sparking of reverbs undercarriage, would have been cool to see more of that in the films.

Wish I could find that Junk Realm footage in better quality. The tunnel one in the Clash of the Coast DVD can have better quality, but there's only 1 video upload of it on TH-cam and I don't have the DVD.
If I remember correctly in a commercial/trailer for the show I think it was on one of the dvds that came with the box set of all four movies.
Mtgameing is it only in the box set? Cuz I have all the dvds but I bought em separately when they came out at the time, I could sift thru them tho

These look really cool! I wish the first few were available in higher quality though.
If anyone has Clash on the Coast DVD they may be able to get a higher quality version. Sadly none of us have the DVD. As for the rest of the footage that's probably the highest quality we can get, aside from the test animation.

Loaded up my Clash on the Coast DVD (The 3 part thing that comes with hyperpods) in my PS2 and saw that trailer maybe a few months ago. It had that Tork VS Nolo fight but it had 0:54 in it.
Really weird how they never used that.

That animation of Reverb going into the portal is friggin awesome.
Yeah, this hot wheels car sequence is pretty cool, it's basically a pilot for acceleracers.

Hmm... I'm guessing the makers of Acceleracers were supposed to add those unused/unreleased scenes in the movies, but they scrapped those ideas unfortunately.
Some of the footage from the Ignition trailer was probably always meant to be for trailers only. The cut tunnel section with Synkro and Hollowback was definitely cut, same with Reverb in the Junk Realm. I have no idea why they were cut. The last clip is simply a recap that never appeared in the DVD.
*Tezla's Cube* I see.They all should've never been cut from those movies, then those movies would've been more enjoyable and worth seeing. Plus, I thought an Acceleracers 5 movie would be in progress, but I waited for years for it to come, but it never did nor I didn't hear any rumors about it coming. :(
