Apparently the real reason acceleracers was cancelled was because the toys didn't sell very well and the movies never got good tv ratings and with that, mattel want interested in making a Second season for acceleracers
What if they ARE planning to bring Acceleracers back, they're just waiting until 2025 so they can reuse their catchphrase? "Drive to survive, in 2025!"

I had all the acceleracer toys, cards, movies, tracks, i had the wheel variations too. And my dad gave the huge tupperware i was storing them in temporarily, to goodwill. Thats one that scarred me, he heard my mouth for months, and i still remind him to this day. Love my dad, but not that stunt he pulled when i was gone from home. I just knew these where some diamond cars, and my highway 35s where in there too. Glad i atleast got to experience this as a kid though!

It would be nice if they tried something like this again, a show that was mature enough to appeal to an older demographic but without giving the kids they’re targeting nightmares and/or trauma and/or drama. I was honestly surprised they never tried to finish it or try it again, especially considering it got on Toonami in some parts of the world! Maybe….nah I doubt I could as well as the writers who made this series!
