Nah bro you saved my life, I've been through a lot of videos but from like 1 year ago and none of them made it as clear as you, I'm subscribing, thank you so much
for the random number generator, how many spots do i need per player reference. I have 2 players and 6 locations which means 12 references. Does this mean i have 12 spots for the random number generator?
In the number generator there will be both spots with triggers and locations (teleporters) that you have on your map, you will also have to link the player reference that corresponds to each trigger, that is, if I have a desert location to one of You could call the player references "desertPlayer" and you could call the trigger that will activate it, which is in one of the spots of the number generator, "desertTrigger". To summarize, if you have, for example, 6 locations on your map, there will be 6 references for each player, 6 spots in the random number generator, 6 triggers that go within each spot of the generator and 6 teleporters located in different areas of the map.
Hey man I was wondering I’m making a zonewars map similar to Tilted Zone Wars. I’m trying to make it where you spawn Randomly in the buildings. Rn I have one reference for each play spawner, thinking it can would have up to 17 players in the game and each spawn randomly at 17 different locations. What did I do wrong because it is only teleporting one person only and all the other people don’t teleport?
I’m a little late, but what you should do is make it so each round ends after 1 kill. This is in island settings. Then go to the random number generator and set it to go off after every round. This way you can have however many rounds you want but the map still changes 👍
Yes exactly, do the process with only 1 player spawner and 3 player references and when you confirm that it works, copy it as many times as you need (in your case it would be 16 times)
this helps me a lot, nice video
Thanks!!
