HOW TO USE THE NEW FIRST PERSON MODE [SEASON 2 UPDATE CH.5]

Today I show you how to use the new orbital camera to create a first-person mode in fortnite creative. This is new in fortnite creative 1.0 with the 29.00 update fortnite creative. season 2 gave use a first-person mode.

Maybe for the weapons that have scopes add an input device and set it to the "target" button and on button pressed, transmit to "clear player" from the orbital device and then on released, transmit to "add to player" from the orbital device. So now when your aiming it'll transition to the actual scope of the gun and then when your not aiming it'll go back to first person, hope this helps anyone 👍

Only problem would be that it would also take you out of first person for non-scoped guns

U could also do the same with the crouch button just have it activate a different camera orbit

I've tested something similar for a muzzle flash effect and the input delay into the...input is too slow, it needs to wait a few seconds at the fastest

ive got one more tip, if you are making a game that doesnt reqire you to be fast, you can change the character speed to ~60% so it doesnt lean when it runs

Some things I do to make it function better is add a input trigger connected to a switch that tracks when the player is crouch and adds a lower camera and then another input trigger for when you jump that just diables the crouch camera then another input trigger thats connected to a conditional button thats connected to a looping one second timer that checks if your holding a scoped weapon then if you aim it it disables it

i have an tip for yall if you want the zoom to work just use the player input device put it on activate when aiming and then link it on deactivate the camera on clicking and activate it on releasing the aim button now scoped weapons work as when you press the aim button it will deactivate the camera and if you release it it will activate it again

You can scope if you use an input device that turns of the Orbit and set it to the right mouse button

I did first person as soon as this camera was added.😎
AND I made it so that it was possible to aim only on guns with a sight. I did this using a very complex scheme

Using player states in Verse, switches, input trigger devices and multiple cameras me and my friend were able to make this work for sprinting, crouching, sliding etc as well as for scoped guns. Unfortunately it will only work for scoped guns since they have the new 1st person animations when ADSing. But hey, if you use custom loadouts you can give players all the available options.

tried for hours to make crouching first person mode too with the input trigger but the game has to be stupid asf and not recognize I made a proper loop between standing-first person mode and crouching-first person mode I fucking gave up after 4 hours

@@PatPat21 its quite complex, I had 1 camera for crouching and one for standing, I added a trigger that activates when you press the crouch button for standing and crouching; theres a bug with sliding so I removed it
