Better but not perfect - My reaction to WRC’s rule changes

Over the last few weeks, it's been reported that the WRC is set to have some changes ahead of the 2025 season. These changes include a brand new points system, and the removal hybrid technology, despite originally doing a U-Turn on that decision. In this video, I go through these 2 changes, and why I believe the changes are better, but could be improved.
