Oh good! I hope so. Craig was super skeptical that it was a patch when he saw it and it looked like the same type of plugs I use - but I've also never seen a plug patch.

Thank God Joe was able to repair the slide. I would’ve had to call for help or take the trailer in for repair and I’m sure it would’ve been far more expensive than what Joe spent to do it himself. Felt so bad that you guys got sick and was worried about Joe’s back. He needs to get some muscle relaxers to keep on hand in the event that ever happens again, I suffered a back injury a couple years ago putting my ebike back on the rack on my trailer. Ended up in the emergency room long story short now I have to really be careful with my back. I so enjoyed the video. Alaska looks so beautiful. I'm pretty sure my back is from 30 some years of bad sitting posture and poor lifting techniques. It tends to go out without me about once a year (last time was on a golf course in Michigan when I didn't warm up enough).
I hear you on the repairs. The thing with this rig is they literally don't make the parts for this slide anymore. When it broke in Texas I looked all over for a new gear and they don't make that kind...anywhere. 👀 Keeps me limited on finding repair people that won't pitch me a whole new slide mechanism. -J

So sorry you got sick and so sorry that flu is making the rounds. In the scene when you got out of the RV to walk Trinity your back pain was visceral! I get muscle spasms in my back sometimes and the doctor prescribed Flexeril a couple years ago. When it goes out I’ll take one at night and usually in the morning the spasms are gone and I’m good as new. It does make you sleepy so I’d never take one during the day. I haven’t had to take it more than 2 nights in a row. it’s a miracle drug for me.

That's awesome! I'll remember that when I finally talk to a dr about it. These come for me usually once a year or so and yeah, I feel like if they. would just relax for a few hours I'd be done! But they refuse to relax. We ended up cutting this but that first night in seward I sneezed twice....it sent me sooooo far over the edge on pain. Couldn't even walk for a couple of hours. You can alternate with Tylenol. If you take the Aleve make sure you take with food!!! I'm a veteran of 4 back surgeries so trust me, I know what I am talking about. If it gets really bad see a doctor about some muscle relaxants, but no driving and you can feel sleepy the next day too. Like I said, really bad spasms only. Glad you both are on the mend.
