Hey pretty doll Alana thanks for the training day vlog i was to request it the other day but forgot. i hope you take on the 200m seriously because it will help your 100m immensely and i think you are very good at the distance, been a track and field fanatic for years and i see sprinters who shun the 200m always fall short in some areas of the 100m. Your natural hair looks really good you just have to figure out how to style it without putting in excessive amounts of extensions and braids which destroys the hairline. Your hair is pretty.
Can you do to a reaction video to your top 5 personal favorite races or championships you competed ? And do you have any throwback vlogs from your training and champs when you PB?
When you get the time do a research on natural fruit supplements for athletes, i know ripe bananas are a major energy source and sprinters such as yohan Blake and a few more across the world in some of their training videos they mentioned that they eat lots of ripe bananas or they make smoothies/ natural supplements with them.
