    Thank you for making this available! I’ve been using it everyday (or close to it) for the past couple months because it makes my meditation so much more enjoyable and peaceful. I love the bird song and the way the music comes in slow waves. Thank you again for this gift!

    Thank you for this calming, rejuvenating meditation. It helped me find some balance. I also love that you wrote what the words mean as well as what the finger positions signify.

      I agree, it doesn't hurt to try! I've suffered from insomnia for a long time and this is one of my favorite meditations. But don't be afraid to try others as well. Your body will tell you which one is the best one for you

    I find it very hard to relax with the squeaking of the birds. Normally I love bird sounds but when I'm trying to do this they are just very jarring to the peacefulness of my meditation.
