去年也跟著學做了這個轉化糖漿,非常成功,今年又做了一次,仍然非常成功,感謝老爸的這個視頻,讓我們在國外的人也能夠自己做廣式月餅,您真是太棒了
去年跟着小高姐的视频做的 , 做好装进瓶子冷却以后变成硬糖了 ,然后又把它从瓶子里弄出来加了点水,再融化 ,再冷却才成功的 ,颜色真是漂亮 。
看了老爸的教學,今天試做成功是成功了...只是過程等糖水滾之後我馬上加入檸檬汁,就乖乖不在去攪拌,全程就完全遵照老爸作法.但再看一次老爸的影片發現加入檸檬汁還是需要稍微攪拌一下的😅我的老天鵝阿...這應該不會影響糖漿日後的風味吧🥲

跟去年的配方相比。这次的配方放多了水,放少了柠檬汁。这为何呢?
這次老爸是做小份量的配方呀!你算一下配方比都沒變唷!
這個顏色假如是便宜葡萄酒,我是沒啥興趣。但是這是糖醬,假如加在豆花裡,加些紅豆 哇 配料 ,哇賽 。
