GTA Car - Annis Elegy Retro Custom (from Legendary Motorsport or Benny’s website, must do Benny’s upgrade)
Cost - Free / $95,000 + $904,000 for Benny’s upgrade to base Annis Elegy RH8, $1,000,000 - $1,100,000 after upgrades

I've repeatedly heard that SUV and Muscle tires have the least grip, but to be honest I don't notice much of a difference after stancing and equipping low-grip tires. So, based on my experience, no!
What garage did you build this in? I tried the arena workshop (fully upgraded), auto shop (fully upgraded), and its definitely not bennys or los santos customs. I cant find the bumper accessories
Nvm it was Benny's, idk why ur background is different tho
I built this in my CEO office garage haha, it's the only location that gives you full access to modifications separate from Benny's.

That's fair, the styling is pretty close; because it looked too "aftermarket" for me, I chose against it.

As much as I love the R34 the Elegy retro custom it looks too similar to a R33 and R32 to pretend it's something it's not. That's why I just have mine done up like an R33 400R. Like the ones you could win in Gran Turismo.
I am hoping Rockstar does a proper R34 someday.
I did all the stock standerd r32 Nismo version. Simply beautiful ❤️

That's totally fair man, I get it. Got a lot of requests for this build and figured that I could capture a decent amount of detail despite the big difference in body styling. A 400R-inspired build does sound pretty awesome though!
