The jury members were up early every day of the trial; sat through nearly 6 weeks of testimony. Can anyone actually blame them if they were fatigued? BUT there were others in the courtroom watching the jury; and stated that sometimes, during certain testimony, some of the jury would ‘tune out’ and close their eyes…like when amber was staring them down.
I don't think jury dozing off a bit in the courtroom is an issue, it's reasonable when the other party's depositions or testimonies is bullshit and wasting their own time trying to portray something but failed to do so. Besides there were evidences that the jury can review on the laptop that the judge had given to them while they were in the deliberation room if i may recall please correct me if I'm wrong.

It honestly doesn't matter now. There's evidence proving she lied about JD. She admitted in one of the recordings that she got physical and JD never did because he wasn't physical with her. The argument that women's voices are no longer being heard or are at risk of being set back is not at all being discussed in that way. The precedent Amber is setting is that even if the man is innocent, the woman should be believed. Amber mentioned her gynecologist as one of the people, that had to be careful around her, because of her being sexually abused. Amber said something like, how people had to behave differently around her, and how they had to "touch her", because of being abused. This would've meant her gynecologist would've known about the sexual abuse, no. 1. No. 2, Amber's gynecologist, would've examined her. No. 3, Amber's gynecologist would've known, if she was hurt or not, and whether or not she was bleeding from her vagina. Amber told in court too, that she never went to any doctor, to get checked out. Didn't she say she took sleeping pills, and went to bed? If so, who in the hell would think of sleeping pills, and not a doctor, if these allegations are true. Why was her gynecologist even brought up? To try to be more believable to the jury? This is an act of climbing a tree, to find a lie to tell, than to stand on the ground and tell the truth. Amber didn't have any documentation, or brought her gynecologist in to testify. Amber told so many lies about JD, that she is now, tripping over her own lies. Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbor. Amber brought all this negatively, and humiliation, that she is now facing, upon herself. JD most likely smoked, drank, and did drugs around other people, that he was with. JD never turn violent against them. Oh, and this woman acting like JD would do worse to her, if she left, is a lot of BS. You can plainly hear her, on the recordings, telling him not to leave. Amber, couldn't stand if he left the house, to avoid arguing with her. The jury members were up early every day of the trial; sat through nearly 6 weeks of testimony. Can anyone actually blame them if they were fatigued? BUT there were others in the courtroom watching the jury; and stated that sometimes, during certain testimony, some of the jury would ‘tune out’ and close their eyes…like when amber was staring them down.

The argument that women's voices are no longer being heard or are at risk of being set back is not at all being discussed in that way. The precedent Amber is setting is that even if the man is innocent, the woman should be believed. Which sets back men's ability to come forward, which they most certainly don't come out as often in comparison to women. Amber mentioned her gynecologist as one of the people, that had to be careful around her, because of her being sexually abused. Amber said something like, how people had to behave differently around her, and how they had to "touch her", because of being abused. This would've meant her gynecologist would've known about the sexual abuse, no. 1. No. 2, Amber's gynecologist, would've examined her. No. 3, Amber's gynecologist would've known, if she was hurt or not, and whether or not she was bleeding from her vagina.
Amber told in court too, that she never went to any doctor, to get checked out. Didn't she say she took sleeping pills, and went to bed? If so, who in the hell would think of sleeping pills, and not a doctor, if these allegations are true. Why was her gynecologist even brought up? To try to be more believable to the jury? This is an act of climbing a tree, to find a lie to tell, than to stand on the ground and tell the truth. Amber didn't have any documentation, or brought her gynecologist in to testify. Amber told so many lies about JD, that she is now, tripping over her own lies. Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness Against Thy Neighbor. Amber brought all this negatively, and humiliation, that she is now facing, upon herself. JD most likely smoked, drank, and did drugs around other people, that he was with. Anyone can be the abuser, not just a man. It doesn't matter about what gender you are, or what you identify yourself as being. Every case of abuse, should be heard, no matter if you are male female, or a LGBTQ person. Every case should be heard, and handled fairly. Which it did in this case.
