Mr. Ballen is so good at story telling that you could see the scenario in your head so vividly just from the way he tell the story. Amazing. Probably because they need that kind of skills in special forces.
People often bite themselves ironically by smacking the spider and jamming it's fangs into your own arm. Whether they put venom into the bite is a coin flip on how surprised the spider was.
@@GraysonMckernan I also hear that apparently you are more likely to die from an accident, like a black widow showing up in your car and your freak out and crash, then dying from the bite.
I have seen this MrBallen video before. but its no less creepy the second time! gives me chills! it was great seeing your reaction to it. cant wait to see some more creepy videos soon
I've had mutual sleep paralysis with a partner I used to sleep with. Anytime I stayed at her place we would both have the same experience. Frozen in fear, can't move anything but our eyes, and 3 dark figures like 8-9ft tall would come slowly out of her restroom, then circle the bed one on each side. Then they would just stand over us almost feeling like they were absorbing our fear, then they just bend in half over the bed almost into us and disappear, then we would both wake up screaming. I mean this happened probably 4-5 times in the span of a year. Same exact "dream" same exact time. Wake up screaming at the same exact moment. Weirdest part is she swore that it never happened any other time other than those few times that it happened to us both.
I remember having sleep paralysis and it was terrifying. Couldn't move, speak, not even move the easiest parts of the human body, but it was for a short time. Like 10-15 seconds. Only time I've had it. And yea, horrible. Nothing out of the ordinary, just me stuck there.
I've only had sleep paralysis once but I had fell asleep with a blanket over my face so I only experienced some audio and visual hallucinations. I was asleep on a couch, near the arm, and it felt like someone was standing right next to the arm and scratching it, right next to my head. There was also some heavy breathing and creepy stuff. Wasn't too bad tbh, besides not being able to move and being scared shitless. At least I didn't see any super scary stuff.
the second story i have experienced while i was on a field craft weekend with army cadets. in the morning me and 6 other cadets followed the footprints and it led to this massive lake
Really loving the scary video reactions. Also could you react to "3 Horrifying Cases of Ghosts and Demons" by BuzzFeed Unsolved, one of my favourite ghost related videos of all time
When I was little I woke up in the middle of the night and sat up and looked at my door and saw a dark figure with red eyes and I kind of stared at it for a second then screamed and when I did it ran to my window and vanished this was like 17 years ago and I still remember it like every other day
i have not had much but i will tell one of the times where i was sure that it was not natural was once i went for a glass of water and it was like 12'o clock noon ike not even night and i saw the glass move on its own across the kitchen counter into the sink. And i never had anything remotely paranormal after this ever
Some sleep paralysis experiences are wildly different than others. I find it weird and it happens to me at least a few times a month and has been for a good twenty years now.
Spiders are surprisingly unaggresive unless they feel threatened. So long as they felt safe in the hole and he wasn't thrashing around he was most likely fine.
Has anyone else ever had a dream where it starts where you fell asleep? Or had a dream feel so real that you wake up thinking it actually happened? I woke up once and thought I’d been in a lengthy relationship with a old school friend and only realised as I was calling her, thank god I realised before she answered because I genuinely thought we had been together for months.
herro again, and YAY another Mr. Ballen video! happy days r back again! video 1} honestly im kinda disappointed, ok if u got aracniphobia then yeah it would be hell but that just sounds like a normal trip for spelunking or cave diving. i give it a 6/10 video 2} ok so this one actually hit kinda home too me. long story short i used to stay at my grandma's house which is 18 miles north of our town. her closets neighbors r literally 1 mile or more away. one night there was commotion and i was told not to look out the window and behave...me being me looked out the window to see 2 shadowy outlines of soemthing. not too sure what 1 was big the other small. well grandma and my uncle went outside yelling at them to go away both had guns but the shadows just stood by the fence and didnt move even after my unlce fired a warning shot to scare them off...after about 10 mins they turned and finally left. the next day grandma and uncle went about the day as normal and i just acted like i never saw anything. when ur isolated like that, even calling the police or sheirffs donst help much. because of the response time. still has me wondering what or who i saw that night. i am native american and our family has alot of well for a lack of a better word paranormal experiences. but that night still makes me think of what i saw that night and how it turned into just another normal day the next day. i give this one a 9/10 just because it brought that memory back again. video 3} ok yeah the silence is a indication of something wrong. when it goes dead silence its a sign of a predetor or something similar in the area and its the instint of creatures to avoid noise to avoid attracting the attention of what ever is lurking out there. ok so i did deal with sleep paralysis when i was younger and havent had any episodes lately. but 2 times really stood out to me. 1st time was when i was doing my ususaly try to move and then ull wake up. well i was trying to move my arm and i ddi, it turned into a swing and i connected with something next to my bed. i immeditely got up went for the light and turned it and the tv on and nothing there was nothing by my bed and i was really confused and well terrified. the 2nd time was some months after that, idk if this will make sense but i feel asleep without realizing i feel asleep. however i was still wide awake in my dream. now before this happened the lights were off but the tv was on becuase i was watching adult swin on cartoon network. well in the dream i was talking to someone sitting on the chair facing the tv and i was in my bed. i dont remember what we were talking about but after it was done i said " ok im going to sleep now can u turn off the tv?" well as soon as the person? figure? just gonna say entity turned off the tv there was the sound of thunder or a loud booom and i felt my arms being pulled over my head and back like someone was trying to hold me down i immedietly got up[ looked around and my arms are hurting they where over my head and kinda off my bed and i paniced becuase i woke up to a dark room. again i went for the light and turned the tv on and nothing...just me alone. idk if the tv auto tunred it self off or if there was a mini power outage or what. but the tv was off my arms felt like someone had pulled hard on them. i dont exactly know or have an explination for it but i never really sleeped good in that house other than during the day. at night i was too afraied to sleep ya know. i give this a 9/10 as well becuase holy frak did that scare the living hell outta me. probably why i sleep with a knife now. {sidenote: yeah ur right things like that do stay with me, but it might be different for other people, think emotional trama that people's mind force them to forget. i forget the term but its an actual medical thing where ur brian forces u to forget something in order to protect urself. with the lady in black following the family is possible. could be attached to something the mom owns. spirits could attach themselves to items, furniture, or even people. either way burn some sage get some holy water and make a circle of salt around ur bed and ulll be fine...maybe.} this was a fun video but then it turned into memory flashbacks xD i loved this i give this video a 10/10 thanks for making it
I had a lot of experiences of sleep paralysis. I don't experience them anymore, but @OriginalHuman, I experienced the same moment back at my house in Nebraska. Of course, my room is in the basement. I also saw a woman, but with dark black hair, no joke-looked like lady from the grudge and she was also was standing/sitting on my chest. The paralysis started with me having full view of my bedroom, I heard a noise coming from the hallway coming from the spare bedroom across from my bedroom. I saw long fingernails being slowly exposed on the edge of my door. The door slowly opened, and she suddenly appeared on my chest. I'm getting goosebumps just thinking about it....There was nothing i could do. I woke up, sweating. Thinking it was all a dream until I heard this story. Thats not all, my wife is super sensitive to "the witchcraft/supernatural type stuff" were Christians and we stay away from that crap. But, she gets weird vibes once in a while. We visited my dad this past Christmas and my wife walked in the spare bedroom and she felt like she was in a dreamy like state and felt grey and she stepped into the room. As soon as she stepped out, she felt normal. Something is lingering in my basement and we suspect a sacred Native American burial or someone died around the house. I don't believe in ghosts or spirits lingering, but we do believe in demons can occupy a space or being.
Sleep paralysis is so awful. From 24-26 I suffered almost every night, on a good week, it would only happen twice. So what he encountered is actually known in German myth lore called a "Mare." It's actually where we get the term "nightmare" from. A Mare was a creature(often female) who would wake you up from your sleep but make sure you can't move. Obviously these don't exist, but it makes you think what in human evolution makes us suffer this hallucination of a dark creature when our brain triggers sleep paralysis.
If I remember correctly the scientific explanation I heard (so take this with a grain of salt, my memory's garbage) was that sleep paralysis is when your brain is awake but your body is not, so you can see and look around and stuff but you can't move. Well, if you're a healthy individual there's no reason you should not be able to move when you are clearly awake (or so you think) so your brain tries to "fill in the gaps" so to speak and essentially forces you to imagine a scenario where you cannot move. The most common of course, being that someone or something is holding you down. I think the chest pain/unable to breathe part comes from the same explanation: normally you breathe automatically but now your brain is going "wait why am I not breathing automatically? wait I can't breathe manually... oh my god I can't breathe!" and imagines a scenario where you can't breathe (having your chest sat on or pushed in to seems pretty common).
OMG that woman in black story was the creepiest ever. Glad I heard it during the day and not before bed 😱 good job Mr Ballen your a masterful story teller!!

I’m glad my only ghost encounter wasn’t bad. Took a school field trip to Williamsport Virginia and was taking photos as we were walking around the town at night on my old flip phone (it was 2012). In one of my pictures was a little 6 year old girl in a white colonial era dress. There was nobody standing there when i took the picture. I wish that I still had that picture.
I was actually pretty excited, 12 year old me catching a pic of a ghost was pretty cool. I remember showing some of my teachers and they were pretty interested in it. Don’t really remember much else though.
I can’t believe you rated the first and second stories one point apart. Huge difference in the creep factor there! Spiders, normal, just trying to survive. Creepy guys in the woods…. very different!
My sleep paralysis experience was that I was laying down flat in bed then I woke up paralyzed, I could only move my eyes. I then saw what could only be described as dozens maybe at least a hundred small spiders start webbing down to me and crawling all over my body. Thankfully it was quick and I managed to gain control of my body and immediately fell back asleep.
being in the open can be creepy / dangerous sometimes I imagine someone trying to aim at me with a rifle all I see is laser dot moving around a nearby wall trying to find me
the pure silence can happen alot in wooded and natural areas it normally happens cause a predator is near and nothing else in the forest wants to be prey so they instinctively be quiet I experienced it once when i was camping with my brother turns out wolfs were circling our camp found tracks really freaky.
I used to get sleep paralysis fairly often as a kid. I never saw or felt anything though, I'd just lie there unable to move or breathe for about a minute. Everybody in my family has heard what sounds like footsteps in the downstairs hall in the dead of night. It happens very infrequently, and it isn't like somebody walking around the house, it's just a few steps like somebody going from one end of the hall to the other. Interesting tidbit about our house: it was built in the early 1950s, and in the '70s a nun actually passed away in the guest bedroom (my family moved in in the early '80s, before I was born). Everybody who has slept in that room has said it felt safe but also super creepy. Stuff falls off the dresser for no reason, the closet door doesn't close properly and will slowly swing partially open, and just a general feeling of anticipation. Even just walking past the room in the dark makes some people feel extremely uneasy. (Also the fact that squirrels like to pull off the shingles and skitter around in the walls on that side of the house doesn't help matters.)
My brother is hiv positive. One of the side effects of his medications is hallucinations and sleep paralysis. It happens quite regularly. I pity him because I can see how its eating him.
The last story, I'm guessing someone has a key or knows where the mother keeps a spare key outside the home. Either someone trying to mess with her and her family, or someone with some sort of neurological disease that lead to them trying to go to bed in an already occupied bed in the wrong house or something. Scary as hell. Also a good reason to lock your doors and never keep a spare on the premises.
A good vide oabout black widow spiders is really good with Brave Wilderness with Coyote Peterson. He holds Black Widow spiders and Scorpions in Ariozona. It's so cool because he shows how their not out to get you, though yeah very scary how many Black Widows, but still and intersting and informational wildlife videos! Good reactions!
My house and garden is RIGHT IN FRONT of a small but very overgrown forest and this is creeping me out Cus there’s a cult that hangs around there and crackheads and squatters that hang about in here at night and shit and there’s a lot of clues and stuff showing that someone has been killed there cus there’s occasionally glasses or hair pins of watched just left on tree stumps and nearby soul that looks like it’s been dug up and put back there and a little bit of soil left about the size of a person next too the hole and knifes and shit and fires with human looking ash and stuff so there is some sketchy shit going on in that forest and a lot of glass alcohol bottles and empty needles and crack and weed and coke and pills left there and shit and noose’s on trees probably from someone that was gonna commit suicide ik someone that killed themself in there it’s fuckin scary man
Last time I had sleep paralysis was the worst... I was in bed, woke up and realized I couldn't move at all, I was facing the end of my bed then all of a sudden I see long shadowy fingers slowly gripping onto my bed like right in front of my face too, my heart was going a million miles an hour then I finally got out of the paralysis and there was nothing there anymore.
Update, sleep paralysis sucks but moving under my sheets or under the beds has been creeping me out. Although I have been able to regain control sometimes. edit: I will figure out how to control such horrid experiences just like I have somewhat figured out lucid dreaming, it is a process. At least I hope I can wake myself up in time or keep those things at bay. It may just be sleep paralysis or something else. Lucid dreaming is fun on the other hand.
Sleep paralysis is incredibly fucking scary tbh. The first I had in the middle of the night where I saw pretty much the fucking Wendigo (9 feet tall deer head skinny man) making some weird clicking and cackling sounds before slowly crouching and crawling towards me to which, in fear, I closed my eyes and when I opened them again it was already a sunny 8 in the morning. Some more would happen when I'm asleep, but I'd be facing sideways so it's mostly that I hear sounds than see them and 90% of the time it's like growling sounds and the other 10% being screams that both started off silent than slowly rising in volume. But I've grown accustomed to it to the point that when it happened I was like "goddammit can I just have one peaceful night ffs."

33:15 I thought mr ballen was going to say “ I am the woman” LOL
Love, love, love Mr. Ballen! But I miss the strange, dark and mysterious. Now he just does true crime. Still good but I miss being spooked
(Also the fact that squirrels like to pull off the shingles and skitter around in the walls on that side of the house doesn't help matters.)
i mean if a ghost is friendly cut him/her some slack he/she just walking let a ghost walk in peace and pull pranks on you
OUTLAST 2!!!
Best video yet!!! so many goosebumps!! Great reaction
You two are my favorite TH-camrs love these videos keep up the good work
My brother is hiv positive.
Also a good reason to lock your doors and never keep a spare on the premises.
the last one was really good!
While watching the last one towards the end I saw a shadow in my room move and freaked out😂
"Is anyone getting slender man vibes"
WELL NOW I AM!
1:57 Americans confused as hell rn 😂
Why
If anything, the morgue in arkham asylum is scarier than the first 2 things in this video
Black widows are very docile and friendly they won’t bite you unless you do something to them or they are protecting eggs
My house and garden is RIGHT IN FRONT of a small but very overgrown forest and this is creeping me out Cus there’s a cult that hangs around there and crackheads and squatters that hang about in here at night and shit and there’s a lot of clues and stuff showing that someone has been killed there cus there’s occasionally glasses or hair pins of watched just left on tree stumps and nearby soul that looks like it’s been dug up and put back there and a little bit of soil left about the size of a person next too the hole and knifes and shit and fires with human looking ash and stuff so there is some sketchy shit going on in that forest and a lot of glass alcohol bottles and empty needles and crack and weed and coke and pills left there and shit and noose’s on trees probably from someone that was gonna commit suicide ik someone that killed themself in there it’s fuckin scary man
Stay away from that place my guy. I wish you safely and good luck
Hush on Netflix you need to watch it!
Also the boy was not bitten by the spiders because they didn't feel threatened by him. Not even when he brushed them off.
Please more Mr ballen🙏🏽
I’ve never had sleep paralysis and I hope I never will.
The poor like button.
Jesus fucking Christ that’s spooky
the silence before the storm
“I don’t think I want to be going down a shaft that big” erm.....
That boy in the first story is brave. He is lucky he wasn't bitten.
The hell spider one is even worse for me because I live in Australia
I've had it too, sleep paralysis absolutely terrible
Luke, Dark Pictures: House of Ashes in live! Same as Man of Medan and Little Hope gameplays! Hope you make content for this new game
You have to watch the Mandela catalogue vol 1
Some of the scariest stuff I’ve seen😀
AGREED. Some of the most spooky stuff i've seen in my life.
I love mr ballen but I love original human even more
I love you’re videos
I absolutely hate spiders and I would be that guy that screams
Nice stories 👍🏻
That Man U jersey is hideous but it's slightly better than City's current alternate
That last one was something
Great video
Please do more MrBallen!
Nice Shaun of the Dead reference 😁
Oh wow , United shirt , not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 but 5-0 ❤️ it
Watch more of his videos that only tell one single story. They tend to be a lot more spooky.
I watched this original video at night, before you did. Boy did the last sorty freak me out
You should react to the Dear David video from Cadaber. That gives you chills for days!
Never open your eyes if you have sleep paralysis!
Love the videos can you also watch some animated horror stories those are more scarie
The first story reminds me of the MW2 map where ghost dies
You should take the Scott mason test
Spiders are the worst insects ever known to man.
Bet it was the mom pulling a prank!
