    This is actually really helpful, it insisted what is called the “Flow state” in your brain. I always feel that I can achieve flow state, but I never knew how until I saw this and tested it. The relaxation, and fluidity of a warmup makes it better I feel. If you stress out too much in warmup I think you set yourself up for failure.

      When I was new to the game I entered a "semi-flow state" and got 38 kills since there was nothing on the line just me and my friends chilling out but now I panic a bit more and I hope that this video can help me recover that state.
      Also to anyone reading this I hope that you too,are successful in achieving the "Flow State".

    and of course, always be optimistic. don’t get frustrated if you think you’re failing (you’re not by the way) everyone learns at their own pace. as long as you have the perseverance to keep going and the optimistic mindset you’ll improve even if you don’t think you are!!

    This is a great method (I do a similar thing too), but it's mainly focused on tapping. You will also need to learn some kind of spray control if you really want to play with all the guns without having to crouch everytime so make sure you're practicing that also. I try to play with every gun in a DM just to get a feel for the recoil patterns.

    This is really really great way to train your aim, I have been doing this method for like 2 weeks and one tapping is now regular to me on comp. I think what this method does is to discipline you to aim for the head all the time as well as movement and it’s all just muscle memory for me.

  • @nobantahir
    @nobantahir 3 ปีที่แล้ว +17

    back when I was consistently LEM+ in CSGO I would always train for bare minimum one hour before going into matches. it might seem crazy but once you're in the top tiers there's no room for mistakes due to not being "warmed up". if I was having an off day didn't believe I could perform after my training session, I'd simply not play comp and either continue training or take a break and reset before trying again or taking the day off.

    This was actually really helpful for me. I'd recommend to play 10 DMs, 2 sherrif, 1 guardian, 4 vandal, 2 phantom (to get the feel of the spray), 1 operator. You can maybe even try the bulldog burst instead of doing 2 phantom runs. Believe me, you will easily pop off in your matches. Also, have a DM run in between every 2-3 games as well. Miyagi method to the win!!!

      @Rose-ng2zp 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@mangkanor126 it works. But make sure you don't play to win but to improve. One other thing is try to think of DM as match and go through areas you would fight in matches often. Try to think of a scenario and play that in the DM. Like think you want to retake B, and try to go in B site checking every angel as you would in real match. After a while, those things become habits and you won't get caught off guard during matches.

    first, it will take time, and yes you are not supposed to rush anything, just be calm, relax and train
    second, it shouldn't matter if you don't win on deathmatch (it was personally a lesson learned for me since before i used to tilt badly when i lose in deathmatch) and as he said in the video, it also isn't a problem to die alot in the session

Once you dink them in the head just 1 follow up shot will grant you a kill so don’t just go all rambo with your shots

    Been playing Valorant for almost a year now, it's my first fps and I'm a slow learner so up until now I'm still silver. I know mechanics and other important things a gold player does, but what I lack is aim. I used to do hardcore aimlabs training for months and yes it did pay off, but only to an extent. This method though, just after 2 days my aim was a WHOLE lot better. Recommend😾

All you need to know is just don't be too cocky just calm down don't say anything when you fail. When aiming just focus on the head and make your cross hair perioral vison. Just because someone has a higher rank than you or vise versa doesn't mean you can beat them. It comes down to brain and calmness don't go autopilot.

    Hey everyone just an idea, anyone else think this would work?
    I wish Riot or someone would Create the firing range with an option to play your last match you lost, meaning all the enemy still moves as recorded but you have a chance to react differently and try to get headshots, youd think " thatll be too easy because you can just hold every angel after you play through it a bunch of times" but it's harder for most people when the enemy is moving and jumping and using abilities. Or just counter strafing you.
    Either that or make the firing range have a maze type walls option for you to walk around corners and try headshot the bots, I think that would be the more realistic and quick addon.

    Ironically I do better hopping into a game fresh than with a warm-up, and fall off after the first game. I think I can consciously induce myself into the state this warm-up is intended to get you to, but I can't maintain it. I fatigue really easily, so relatively long warm-ups like this really become counter-productive.
    This is why I only play 1 comp game a day if I want to rank up, and I win a vast majority of games that I play if it's a part of that 1 game a day.
    This just goes to show, you should try all the methods you can, but don't treat them as The Bible, because everyone is different.

    Just a few tips, phantom is a much better gun than the vandal but a lot hard to hit headshots with since bursting isn’t always the best option and spray control is hard to learn. Also please don’t jump into competitive the second it’s open to you. A lot of the time you get put into really unfair games where you either have people not trying, being toxic because you’re not playing the best, or people who have never touched a mouse before. Try unrated for like 2 weeks and play like 2 or 3 a day to really get the game and aiming down before going into comp. It’s really really difficult having the right mental for comp and low rank comp is about the worst thing to play to work on having a good attitude

When playing I tend to rush my aim and always end up over aiming or just shooting early. Then I saw my friend playing and he only shoots when he knows the bullet is 100% gonna hit. I tried doing that on my warmup routine and I got better in just a couple of days.
