Fun(?) Trivia about the tornado magazine: It seems to be a straight recast of the blasterparts curved magazine even including the blasterparts lightning bolt logo. I know buzzbee was the manufacturer for the original run of those magazines but find it extremely curious that they reappear in this way.
We got tons of these in when I was working at Dollar General lol. Picked up a tornado because I thought the mechanism was cool and it might be an interesting blaster to mod!
Speaking of duel wielding, I recommend duel wielding revreapers. If you hang them upside down at your side of your hips and run a belt through the handles, you can pelvic thrust you way to victory!
In the Tornado's defense, it is a good concept that was executed poorly. Something like a Stockade or Barricade grip and trigger may make it more usable, but that may require more gearing to achieve the same effect
The EZ Fire is on clearance at Target for $9.99. It's one of my favorite blasters of all time. It does everything right that these blasters do wrong. Try it and know joy.
I'd say the pixelator looks more like a Terraria inspired blaster based on the pixel/voxel size, but that'd be an insult to Terraria's amazing artists. The tornado looks like a revreaper that was specially designed for Magnus Midtbø to dual wield.
Nah, I'm pretty sure the texture just never finished loading in. It's what you get when you enable adaptive texture streaming in -the simulation- real life.
I actually really like plinking with my Pixelator and i don't find much of what you've said is uncomfortable as that bad. But i also haven't competed with it. My only issue is the top prime. Wish there was a 3d printed attachment to allow side priming
Viper Strike only fails because its mouth should have opened and closed when you pumped it. Maybe also should have made it look like the snake ate a blaster.
I wanted the tornado to be better than it is. Modifing the Rev Reaper has to the most bizarre thing. I have used the Rev Reaper in special Afterworlds games and terrified players in the woods at night with no lights, the sound started to really get to them. Also more of that short legged dog, unlike buzzbeee the dog will never disappoint.
Would the pixelator be acceptable if the grip was sanded down to be smooth? Just curious, not gonna buy any of them anyway, I don’t thin buzzbee even sells in my country
@Beret Yeah, I've heard that at least some of them shipped with rough edges of mold flash from how the priming levers were cast. This could be fixed by wrapping it with electrical tape to dipping it into a liquid rubber coating.
So what I should take away from this is that you like bad blasters, and I should get both of these buzz bee blasters because they're bad, right? Haha in all seriousness I've seen that Tornado and I really want that banana mag, not the blaster just the clear banana mag

Pixelator is designed for north canadians, they don't feel the pixels in their thick winter gloves, but it does give extra grip

I like the tornado I bought two for the magazines to use with my double punch. I think it's a good grip workout and the kids I let use it liked it. 😅
